the only real problem with 3 is that the final chapters in the ancient alien city were very clearly rushed what with all the backtracking and lazy textures
The co op was actually the least bullshit thing there was in 3 seeing it was drop in drop out. You didn't have Carver running around grabbing all your resources if you were playing solo, he'd show up for cutscenes then frick back off to the npc dimension once the cutscene was over.
If there is gonna be a Dead Space 2 remake, I hope they give Titan Station the same kind of open-ended design as they did with the USG Ishimura in DS1 remake.
How would that work? Isaac is constantly on the move in the game, constantly on the run, so only linear level design makes sense. It's not like the Ishimura where it's a closed ship.
I hope they won't touch it with their demake hands but sadly zoomers and other vermin soulless millenitroons bought and rated high the demake so it will propably happen.

I'm mostly worried about what they'll do to Ellie. I usually point to her as a "strong female" that's actually cool without feeling forced. And then we saw what happened to her in 3.
yeah i love Dead Space 2 and can't wait to be filled with rage when they touch it, some things were improvement in the DS1 remake but for one correct step forward they took several back.
I think it is, first played it on 360 and then bought it again on PC, was kind of pissed I couldnt get the DLC but I kept my 360 so I can play it anytime I want. Sometimes I go back and just replay the DLC in one sitting. I think its the best part of the franchise.
