She's a decent VA, no one ever shits on her voice performance, she just needs to do stop doing mocap.

She gets all these roles because she's like one of the few black women that also have extensive mocap experience that's regularly available for video game work in California, e.g. where all these fricking games are made. She's even mentioned often there's nobody else that's even trying to get the role because the casting call is for a black woman which is why she gets so much work.
If/when she retires they're gonna have to hope to god one of the black anime dub/non-union project vidya dub female VAs they've grabbed off youtube in the last few years(e.g. Dani Chambers or Cassie Ewulu) has made a big break into big budget video games.
Hell, she doesn't even need to do that, studios just need to stop face scanning in actors.

I don't know how it is like in the USA but italian voice acting industry is basically a circlejerk that gets some new people once in a while but will always give main roles to the same few big names so I'm not that surprised when a VA gets around once they hit big

I imagine her and Phil Lamar, get a lot of roles for three reasons. First, they have strong voice acting skills, second they've probably made a lot connections from working in Hollywood so long (especially on shows like Mad TV) and finally they're probably easy to work with.
I would say the difference is no one complains when you get Phil LaMarr for your game because the dude's been a voice actor for over 20 years. He was Samurai Jack, he was Green Latern, he was Hermes. When you hear him it's not "ugh, it's Phil LaMarr" like people do with Debra, it's "oh hey, it's Phil LaMarr". He's grandfathered in.
