USA practically never has physical pre-order bonuses for anything. It's mostly up to the retailer, which is why Japanese versions will often have exclusive merchandise if you buy from a certain chain. But since the only retailers left in the US are big box stores, they don't give a shit if you buy from them or not.
I had a god-awful experience with My Nintendo Store here (Italy) so I swore off trying to get anything from there again. I'll just get the physical on Amazon as planned.
Late GameCube era/early DS era Nintendo was a weird time. All of the games in that era people rarely talk about and/or sold poorly. >Donkey Konga >Another Code >Electroplankton >ChibiRobo >Odama >Super Princess Peach
Super Princess Peach was fantastic. It may have been too easy but it had a lot of charm to it. I am let down the Switch Princess Peach game isn't like Super Princess Peach.
The DS had a great library. It felt like it still had that experimental 90s video game feel to it.
>I am let down the Switch Princess Peach game isn't like Super Princess Peach.
My man. When I saw the gameplay I said out loud "Why didn't they just go with Super Princess Peach?". It was such a nice game, it just needed to be a bit more difficult. I'm willing to give Princess Peach Showtime a chance,I just wish it was more like SPP.

Item is a latin word, which makes more sense in a latin language (Spanish) and not in a germanic/anglo language like English. Anglos stole it, not the other way.
Very early impressions: it's a complete reimagining, which makes sense considering you can't exactly take a top-down DS game as a base for a modern version. It follows the same beats but changes and expands the environments and puzzles. It starts off with a short section already on the island before going back to the prologue as a flashback, for instance. From the new trailer it seems like some puzzles have been kept more or less the same, so it will probably depend on each instance. I expect Another Code R not to have been altered as much since it was already full 3D behind-the-back camera in closed environments, but I'm looking forward to how they adapted the "overworld" camp exploration since it was 2.5D sidescrolling on Wii.
The environments look sort of cheap but the cel shading helps to hide the rough edges while the character models and animations look great. It's really just cool to play these games like this and with voice acting, they're among the last games I would've ever expected Nintendo to give full remakes to.
I think the new outfit is better suited to the lakeside camping setting. It's still the same character designer from the original anyway, I hope we get some interviews.
Forgot to mention that the dialogue seems to be essentially the same, just adapted to fit voice acting and the fully animated scenes.
[...]
She shows legs in R instead.
Show me what you mean! Also some people said Ashley's ass got a buff but I dont see it.
Honest question: is Ashley's clothing changed for a specific reason? I didn't think her outfit from the original games looked retro despite being over 15 years ago. A shirt and jeans isn't really telling of what decade you're from I think.
Wait so this isn't a sequel but a remake of the game? I was under the impression it was some kind of continuation, so I can just buy this game standalone?
They removed the synchronization of Ashley's birthday with your own from the system settings the original had and just gave her her canon birthday of February 25th from the sequel in both games now.
The dialogue scenes being more like Hotel Dusk/Last Window with both characters taking up one side of the screen makes me think they're already working on Kyle Hyde game remakes in a similar style but this could just be major cope.
>graveyard expanded with a puzzle using the hummingbirds carrying clovers motif from the mansion door keys in the DS game
This is a cooler remake than I expected. The ten people who played the originals like me will appreciate.
I played the original back in the day. But I no longer have patience for these (walking reeeeally slow, mediocre story for teens, braindead puzzles and now a terrible snoy-style camera) things. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
There's another trailer different from the one Nintendo uploaded that you see upon completing the demo. Doesn't show much more but it goes into slight spoiler territory for both games in case you haven't played them.
Beat the original last month ish. Solid puzzle game but I was bummed out by how one of the puzzles required going back to a previous area. Couldn't care less about D.
>I was about the same age as Ashley when the original games released and I played them >she's still the same age but now I'm 30
Damn. I do kinda wish they'd make a third game where she's older after this, might as well keep this ball rolling. I remember CiNG wanted to make a follow-up where she meets Kyle Hyde as an old man.
I'm going off memories from over a decade and a half ago, but some of the progression and all the puzzles have been changed. You start the game on an island path when Ashley is already looking for Jessica, the prologue is played as a flashback, you open a locked gate by getting a key stuck in a stool and drop a plank on a broken bridge instead of the puzzle where you turn the crank to lower the drawbridge, you don't enter the front of the mine anymore but the graveyard is expanded and has a new puzzle, and the mansion entrance also has a completely new puzzle which includes a new memory of D remembering how his father solved it. Everything in both games is probably remixed like that.
Oh shit, it is. And is that a limited edition or just some store bonus?
Think they are bonuses from the Nintendo store in Spain. UK gets the hardback notebook.
Anything for burgers? I assume Japs get all of the good shit.

Ya puedes reservarlo!!!
Why is there a naked ghost boy with the girl?
Oh sweet, a demo for a game from 2005!
Ya

I think Princess Peach Showtime looks really charming too.

Now if only they'd make an HD remaster of FSR.
Suda said he wants to do it. I feel like it will happen soon enough.
I'll emulate the originals, sorry
>el tamano de los items
I hate that shit, you either stick with spanish or english but mixing both always sounds fricking moronic.
https://dle.rae.es/%C3%ADtem
>from Latin 'item'
I hate spanglish, but in this case it doesn't really apply, anon.

Is CING back?
great
She looks more Japanese
Her mom is ethnic japanese
Jews murdered the young boy in one of their blood libel rituals, and now it's up to you to find out why his soul can't find peace
Maybe it's because the trailer wasn't voiced that much but the voice in this seems off.
She sounds too old for a 13 year old
Hey, it's Matt.
blobbified

Can I pass the demo save data to the full game?
Yes.

>yes
Great, I love demos that do this they basically give you a portion of the game free.
Why did they Nerf the midriff? Fricking censors!
They buffed the legs to make up for it.
Show me what you mean! Also some people said Ashley's ass got a buff but I dont see it.

Top Ashley: I'm about to commit a crime.
Why the drastic outfit change?
Did Ashley get sexier? What's peak Ashley design?
Matt's getting raped
You homosexuals better buy this shit so we can get a third game. Imagine the puzzles they can make using all the switch and joycon gimmicks
I'd buy a PC version.
I'm buying it so we get Kyle's games remade or a third Kyle game
holy SHIT if kyle actually got a remake/sequel/port i would die happy
My homie kyle deserves the same treatment
half the soul of this game was because of the DS
You're not wrong, but still.
Always wanted to play this cause i liked mysteries and she was cute
>el tamano de los items no es representativo del producto final
oh si
Do I need to play any other game to understand this one?
Little King's Story is required reading.
Wait so this isn't a sequel but a remake of the game? I was under the impression it was some kind of continuation, so I can just buy this game standalone?
It's a remake and a remaster of both Another Code games.
Well thanks, I'll preorder it then.
It's a remake of both the DS and Wii game, not a continuation. You don't need to play anything else to get into it.

why do mexicans love this design style so much?
they love Angel from KoF
Goku Ultra Instinct
Gohan Blanco
Griffith
Queen Serenity
so many
There are far more white haired anime characters than just those.
>moron thinks the european nation of spain is ''mexico''
kill all americans
Enjoy your ban.
Ashley was born in what, 1991? She'd be over 30 now.
>Ashley was born in what, 1991? She'd be over 30 now
What's even better is the official artist for the game drew Ashley at that age on his X account

where's her porn?

When is it coming out? I can't read Aztec.

boring slow shit and terrible cameras, pass
Zoom zoom

Is there any other official art for the remakes?
Did they really cover up her midriff? What the frick?
they gave her short shorts in the second game to make up for it
why are latinx still allowed to post on this site?
No.
NSP doko
So what I am in for? What are the chances of lewd mods?
goddamn, this is sexy
i love how this game looks
ashley's ok i guess
The models are really good but I wish the environments didn't look like a gamecube game
I remember seeing the DS game on shelves all the time, but don't know anything about this game. Is it an adventure game?
>troon game
>troon post
no thx
>everything is trannies
Falseflag. I know what you're up to.

I already beat both her games when they originally came out. Anything new added?
Most of the puzzles seem changed to be completely new

I did! Her butt is really cute!
>young
>a-cups
>shapely ass
Ashley is perfect.
