Studio Mir is a good studio when a project gets handed to the right team. For example that Lois Lane show was done by them and looked like shit. They rely heavily on freelancers to make a show look good so hopefully DMC lucked out in that regard. The main thing I'm hoping is that Shankar is only in a producer role and others are handling writing and directing.
DmC is a pretty decent story that just had to be done by people who actually like DMC or at least don't hold vitriol against what came before it. It felt like it was trying too hard to be edgy at times and could have been decently good.

Studio Mir is a good studio when a project gets handed to the right team. For example that Lois Lane show was done by them and looked like shit. They rely heavily on freelancers to make a show look good so hopefully DMC lucked out in that regard. The main thing I'm hoping is that Shankar is only in a producer role and others are handling writing and directing.

DmC is a pretty decent story that just had to be done by people who actually like DMC or at least don't hold vitriol against what came before it. It felt like it was trying too hard to be edgy at times and could have been decently good.

Sure, you can go off on a few tangents about how the characters are defined by their backstory and interactions and that's lost in the reboot, but at the end of the day, the defining characteristics are there.
This implies Vergil has not been a colossal b***h the entire time. I do agree it doesn't feel very earned when Donte has his arc finish, but finish it does.
Nah, Vorgol starts off a b***h and ends being an even bigger b***h stuck on a shitty sequel bait cliffhanger. Donte goes from a loner bum to an butthole with a heart of gold without it feeling earned. The only things I like story wise were Bob Barbas and the Donte grabbing Kat's ass in the final cutscene of DE.
