for me it's the cows
what i did was just never make a character specifically for MF. so i'd start a new character and farm up gear for that build which allowed me to farm faster which gave me other stuff to start other characters that would do the same thing.
What baffles me is the fact that people, TO THIS DAY, still consider this peak gaming.

Back in the day I always got to Act 3 and dropped it out of boredom, so I played it again recently to finally finish it.
The game is fantastic in the first two acts. Perfect atmosphere, perfect pacing, perfect music, great all around.
Then it shits the bed so hard in the last 3 acts. It's like a completely different game.

The difference between d1/d2 and d3/d4 is that playing through the game is actually fun and the end game is just playing the same fun game.

I'm kind of new to this game but I wanted to put sockets in a weapon that already has special properties, is that possible?
Also Deckard Cain at some point said I could infuse 6 gems to a weapon to give it sockets but that never works. Online guides say I need specific rune combinations on certain types of weapons. Why did Deckard Cain lie to me?
theres a quest in act 5 that lets you put sockets into an item once per character. the deckard cain gossip lines about cube recipes is mostly outdated and useless recipes

What other game lets you teleport around like a god and wreck shit or makes you a Corpse bombing Necromancer with an army or let's you Grief/Kill/Rob each other (all of this back in the day btw)? Farming is just for people who want to be OP, there are lesser items and runes that are viable for Hell and give +3/4 to skills.
