I have a kid so I only play when she’s asleep. So far it’s a nice game and I just hit lvl 30. But god damn is it boring. I hope it gets better whenever I start getting more legs because right now it’s so slow and most level ups feel bad.

I've played every day of the early release period and with the exception of Saturday afternoon, when Blizz was having login authentication errors, I haven't waited more than a minute or two to get ingame. I played something else for a couple hours during the login errors and it was back to normal when I tried again so I don't know how long that actually lasted. The next few days might get interesting with more people playing.

Game's pretty much unplayable right now.
I started playing at 6:30 PM earlier tonight and didn't have any queue. I played for about 4 hours without any lag/server frickups. I just tried logging back in right now and again there was no wait.

Logging on wasnt the problem. It was being able to actually do anything since Id either be stuck on a loading screen when using a waypoint or pushed back over and over.
That seemed to have fixed itself about 2 or so hours later.

I do 50/50 between gold and salvage. It looks like you will need a lot of both for late game enchants and rerolls.
You see other players in the overworld after you get through the prologue. Stuff like shrines and chests can be interacted with by multiple people, so if you see some random guy get to a chest before you it's still lootable for you. Dungeons are individually instanced.
