in diablo 2 you could find actual good gear along your journey and use them all the way to the end, and going to max level wasn't the requirement to have fun, it was the final, distant goal that was so far away that most players didn't reach it

one of the quarterly updates mentioned that you'd unlock endgame content like new dungeons and bounties at level 100, and you get paragon points after that
so this makes me think it's exactly like diablo 3
Except there's a cap to paragon levels so you can't grind forever.
Don't you get 1 paragon point every 2 levels or something? So you'd end up with 50 paragon points at level 100 and have to grind 50 more to reach the cap.
