People with working hands could occasionally stop themselves from losing their HC character by leaving dungeon.
Can't have that, gotta elongate it. Don't mind the shitty servers kicking you out and losing your character before you can even log back in anyway though, kek
which is is still moronic on blizzards end, maybe they should make things other than runnning the same dungeon over and over the least tedious way to level.
I think it's time we ask the question. is this genre objectively bad?
Diablo 1-2 were excellent at the time but I was like 10 at the time. >inb4 well I was 37 in 98 and let me tell you something sonny
I don't think they would hold up very well if you played them for the first time today. I tried playing diablo 2 recently and could only last like an hour before getting bored.
The genre is just clicking and watching numbers go up. you don't actually enjoy something like that it, it just distracts you from your gay life.
I played titan quest and grim dawn. Grim dawn is incredibly boring, I think I lasted like an hour.
I played titan quest when I was a kid, so I remember liking but I tried it again recently and just wished it was off.
same with poe.
I never heard of last epoch.
what's the point you just click and watch numbers grow. it makes me wish I was dead playing these games
You are not entirely wrong. The genre should have borrowed more mechanical skill checks from twin stick shooters, which d4 does to a degree, but the grind gayggots who have nothing else in their lives will tell you otherwise.
It used to be about creating builds, finding fun item and skill interactions, but gsome games just developed further into number crunch and grind. Path of exile for example did more harm to the genre than anything blizzard could dream of.
that's the best part. they just nerfed all your items and didn't even give any alternatives while talking about how they wanted to change it up for builds.
Because they're fricking stupid and don't understand how their own systems work. Lowering the values for crit and vulnerable is just making them MORE important due to how the values are added together.
>If you purchased the digital Deluxe or Ultimate Edition of Diablo IV and want to redeem your Battle Pass for this Season, navigate to the Seasons section of the Shop and select the option to activate your Battle Pass.
If you have the free battle pass from the deluxe edition, you don't have to activate it on season 1. You can skip this dead season and wait for when the game is out of beta.

They nerfed everything to shit for the season
Seriously no clue what thye were thinking
No hype shillbro the patchnotes sealed the deal
>Doing anything possible to make you play longer
No go frick yourself blizzard
I genuinely have no reasonable thing to come up with as to why this was elongated.
People with working hands could occasionally stop themselves from losing their HC character by leaving dungeon.

That was actually the reason, for HC characters? Are you fricking kidding me?
dungeon restarters
which is is still moronic on blizzards end, maybe they should make things other than runnning the same dungeon over and over the least tedious way to level.
>other than runnning the same dungeon over and over the least tedious way to level.
They actually just made it to be the only way to level now.
Ur mom elongates me, how about that argument
XD
I already returned my copy bro.
Not really.
Couldn't even bring myself to finish it last time.

welcome to Ganker
Diablo was surpassed many years ago by titan quest.
You just can't go back after playing that or grim dawn.
Hell, last epoch runs circles around it.

Why the frick would I be hyped for a new public event and a battle pass? You're obviously moronic.
After the recent hilariously bad patch notes what little interest I had plummeted to zero.
>Vulnerable was already an issue and needed to be in every single build
>Now its still needed but is much worse
Literally HOW

I'll be hyped when they add an offline mode
reminder: if you bought this you like goyslop and should really consider using reddit instead of this board.
