I have a better question. Where do I watch his latest videos. The cx channel no longer has translations or shut down.
Frickin help a brother. It's because of arino I stopped using guides and got a huge ass whiteboard to write on for Vidya
They're still filming new episodes of GCCX. The show recently celebrated its 20th anniversary at the end of last year. Translations were slow going for awhile, but two new groups have stepped up recently. Check out the Pastebin if you want to know more https://pastebin.com/M07tVfza
5 years ago I did the usual Hiragana and Katakana in a day or two then stopped. I just tested myself and remember them all, obviously that's almost nothing of the real language but is it a good indicator that I should really try to learn Japanese? I am a NEET now. Tell me what to do.
Has Limited Run ever fully translated a game just to release it in the West? The second game has, like, two old school adventure games. PLus, I'm sure they'd change the weirdo XSeed injokes for the magazines, but who knows if they'd return them to being references for the ADs on the actual show.
Just learn Japanese already.
I love Haggleman so much that I've literally become a fan of the series it's a parody of. I WILL learn Japanese just to play this.
man used to watch GCX religiously, then I think the sub group wasn't keeping up or doing it anymore. That was like 10 years ago I guess. Does he still do stuff and is there a group that sub?
The first game got a translation but sold like garbage, second game got a fan translation but I don't think they could use that ?
They are both absolute kino tho, extremely comfy games with tons of content
What are the chances of this getting a translation?
Just learn Japanese already.
Interestingly enough, the english ports of this duplictate the weird NES era localizations of the time, like fricking Haggle Man.
Odds of english port is practically none. Exceed said it sold like fricking garbage on DS.
I think it's a collection.

Been studying it for 4 months, I'm frustrated I'm not good at it yet but I'm getting there
I bet Limited Run will pick this up.

Good for you. It's a kids game, so the Japanese isn't even that difficult.
I'm pretty sure you can play it without knowing Japanese.
isn't it a port/collection?
Remastered collection the two DS games + new retro games exclusive to the Switch version + 2-player co-op.
There was also a GameCenter CX stream 4 weeks ago to showcase the game
Guadia Quest is my jam and I'll never forget it.
You love it enough to learn japanese for the sequel?
I played the fan translation of the second game so I'll let you decide.
I played the first one and it was surprisingly really good, way more polished than I would have figured
on the off chance this gets localized I'll buy it but I'm not holding my breath

honestly not very interesting to play (I played the NDS games)
GCCX also have official Youtube channel where you can watch old episodes.
Amazing how Arino got FILTERED by Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
>HIIYEEEE, CAMERA SAMA, HELP ME

Gonna get drunk and watch the kacho again today
KACHOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOON!
where do i watch episodes of this geek? i want to watch the early episodes because they remind me of a golden time.

He plays games for me so i don't have to, based!
It is maximum kino with the metanarrative of the hurt child who yearns for a friend to play games with, and the player gets to be his friend.
The whole antagonistic schtick is a means to keep the friend from going away.
I would buy this on Switch and re-buy a PC release on a heartbeat.
