Brainlet here, how well would a 10k mAh power bank that can only put out 15W (5A x 3V) work on a Steam Deck OLED (50Whr battery). A google search tells me that my PB can only do 30Whr, so I'm not expecting double the battery life. But would it even reach 0% before the Steam Deck reaches 0%?
charging in current year is a mess because of multiple standards for USB-PD and not knowing exactly what the device wants and the charger supports. when turned off, the Deck will charge from any USB power source. when on, it's impossible to know unless you test it. the charging circuit may refuse to draw anything less than the 48w that it was designed for, and just ignore the power bank. and typically USB-PD devices will not use full amps at 5v anyway, instead maxing at 1a for legacy 5v. the Deck uses 30w under load and will only be drawing 5w from your power bank.
At one point after my iPod touch 4 died while looking at porn on /gif/, I was gifted a Nook e-ink tablet with a small rectangular color touchscreen part. Luckily it could browse the web and /h/ and /e/ was there by my side.
Ahhh the vita could have been a streaming machine if it wasn’t for shitty WiFi, that being said it’s playable… But the OLED deck is legitimately the best streaming device I’ve ever used, and Chiaki runs better than the PS Portal.
Setting up streaming is pretty bad, but if you’ve completely jailbroken a Vita it’s honestly not that much more work.
As for streaming quality, it’s definitely held back by the Vita’s WiFi. The input delay and overall frame rates are what I would call “playable”. Tweaking the settings in Moonlight can get you better results. Playing turn based JRPGs? Definitely. I wouldn’t use it to play a competitive MP game.
I've never streamed any game on any platform before, is it just a matter of installing moonlight on both devices and launching the game I want to play? Or do you need to jump through hoops to configure each game?

the vita can run psp games through adrenaline. Dracula x chronicles and sotn run great on mine
was the sotn version of DCX like the psx or the Saturn with the extra content like the hidden garden?
I use the psx version. it's piss easy to find an eboot converter to turn psx roms into a format for psp thats readable for the vita

Turn off the power saving mode. I found that it considerably improved streaming performance via moonlight
It also has a native Undertale port.
