I beat it recently, and I enjoyed it a lot. I did have to jerk off a couple of times since Komaru is a fine piece of ass.
Are gameplay complaints related to how easy the game was? Despite having to play one-handed in some segments, the game was too much of a breeze.
Same, I put in the time to get the Platinum on the Vita version but it's still one of the only games I recommend people should watch on YT instead of actually play.
I liked it for going balls to the wall in portraying child abuse and its effects on the characters which no other remotely mainstream game has even attempted to come close to.

It's got no replayability but it's an alright experience. It's cool to see what the world is like outside the killing game, shame that the story is more interested in fan service and showing the siblings/family of the main cast, too afraid to tell it's own story without relying on what you already know and like.
