It's a 4 year old open world game. People are getting sick of the genre and Elden Ring mogged every other one so going back to them now makes how much they suck very obvious.

Well, yeah, most of us understood that going in. We've played open-world Spidey games since Tobey was Spidey. I miss the webs actually attaching to buildings/objects when swinging, but otherwise just the ability to swing around an increasingly well-realised NY and btfoing thugs and supervillains is worth the price of admission. Well, maybe not the PC rerelease price, that's a piss take given the age of the game and not even bundling the Morales campaign, but still.
