Just looking at the women, you've got everything from petite waifs (Chang Pu/Fatum Sisters) to hourglass sexbombs (Clara/Cecilia) to amazons (Gabrielle) to kemonos (Berenice/Jin Yuyao) and everything in between. There's even a big body brick shithouse with Laura (pictured). That's not even going into the men of all different kinds of builds, including the full furries (Drew, Freddy, Sander, etc.) and the shorties (Q/Tevor/Brewster).

Chang Pu is a 3* dedicated healer, meaning it's easy to roll for her and you can pretty quickly replace Helena with her until you get someone more substantial like Ye Suhua or a higher-rarity healer support. She is, for all intents and purposes, babby's second heal support (after Helena). In that respect, it's not surprising there's interest in the green thumb wallflower.
You'd get more mileage with You Suhua tbqh and I unironically think Helena is a better healer because of the bigger hp recovery + crit up. You won't really need Immunity early game.
Yeah, but Ye Suhua takes more energy to secure, as she is still one of the two Ripple-exclusive Espers, the other now being Meredith instead of Dhalia.
It's hard to tell what people were more annoyed about: that people were being horny for 15-year-old Chang Pu in the first place, or that Chang Pu was aged up to 18 to make her barely legal so that at least people could lewd the fictional character in peace.

You can see the echoes of this going forward. The Fatum triplets are all 18, even though they look just as young as Chang Pu and are idols, a career field that infamously starts them young. People joke that the sisters' listed age is 18 because it's the sum of their ages put together.

Legendary abilimons are 1k apiece, and you can buy one a week. 5 Donar shards are 1k apiece, and you can buy two a week. To get the full amount on a weekly cadence, you have to somehow grind/acquire 2000 points a week.

The whole point of Sonic Rift is to replace/streamline practice stages without actually having to send your weaker Espers out into the field. Send your best team in, collect the Experimon inside, and feed them to your lower-level Espers.

Well it's failing fricking spectacularly. I grind my ass off to get experimon and they barely get my lower level espers up to 40, and after that the xp requirements rise exponentially. I grind my ass off even more and the same amount of experimon barely moves the needle from 52 to 53. I'm burning through stamina at an outrageous rate and have barely anything to show for it. At least with the old system I felt like I was actually getting something done,

Either they'll nerf it proccing from bleed/poison damage or they'll make it mandatory to pull dupes for resonance to get most out of your espers.
That's the catch-22 of handling dupes in a game like this.

It's a balancing act, and it depends on your game's character pool. Dislyte's character pool is relatively narrow, and there's no dupe protection, so they have to make pulling dupes worthwhile, and - in their mind - that means making resonance stronger (again).
The worst thing to do is make a character feel functionally incomplete without Resonance, and that's what people seem to think about Yun Chuan, that he doesn't really come online until you hit Resonance 2.

Started this game recently and been having fun with it, I see a lot of complaints here and on r*ddit when I were checking some resources.

Right now, the game is in a state of major transition. A huge patch dropped a couple weeks ago, and people are still adjusting.
Li Ling got a nerf, but it's intended to be part of a broader rebalancing effort to make more characters viable.
I see, while we are at it, how should I spend the purple crystal currency as a new player? Ive seen some mention that stam refills are more cost efficient than rolls but havent looked too much into it myself yet.
The primary things to spend nexus crystals on are Gold Records (rolls) and stamina. It is vastly more valuable to spend on stamina, as stamina gates most all of your progression. Rolls will come to you readily, so you don't need to force the issue with currency. This is assuming you spend crystals at all, as the game also likes to throw resources at you all the time, like stamina refills.

she throws out every offensive buff at once and extends other buffs so she fits almost everywhere. Only places she is garbage are Apep/Fafnir
this game died in the patch where zeus was added. Instead of roulette, scam roulette has been added. Getting a legendary is now unrealistic - only guaranteed. They started to nerf the heroes so that the newbies couldn't get through everything. The music also became worse or simply disappeared.

Anyway, as you already (probably) figured out, Experimons no longer get XP from combat, in fact, the whole leveling system was overhauled in your abscence. Also, yeah, welcome to the new Ritual Miracles: Lilith somehow got into their head that the best course of action to keep the current playerbase was to make acquiring relics be as painful as possible.

Soft's been facing off against nothing but whale clubs for the past two weeks when there used to be a steady supply of casual clubs.
tier 11 in point war used to be a safe place to farm with casual/meme teams but it's increasingly become infested with everett/JJ/hyde/insert 2 healers cringe you'd see at pw16-18. It's very likely leviathan tier whales on their second and onward accounts judging by how awful their relics are compared to their resonances. The truly casual base appears to be drying up fast since the abysmal last patch.
I literally use the twins to complete everything. Also Yun Chuan is a cheatcode for Shimmerer

I can try to help out but really the mode takes way too long to score well and you get barely anything out of it. Also with experimon in their pathetic state it's just not worth the investment.

The current Wish pool is being renamed to the Resonance pool, as that's the purpose of it: pick 5 espers you already own, and spend wish stones to roll for one of them so you can build up their resonance.

It's going to attempt to answer the problems of getting somes resources like gold and relics but it doesn't address Esper balance in any modes.
Two of the main problems up to this point are that Ritual Miracle was overtuned thanks to the rework, and that because more Espers are actively being used in more modes, people are more stretched for resources than before, including Gold, XP and good relics. This update addresses both of these problems.

On the formation menu of shadowfire, Shadowstream, or shadowgale, tap the formation icon on the right and browse for a formation that suits you. You can also tap the icons to see what relics they're running. this is p much how I did it and eventually farmed enough to get Everett. good luck

Because you no longer need to sacrifice Espers as part of the fusion process. Before the OP update, when we were still collecting physical copies of espers, esper fusion required actually destroying the esper. This mostly meant stockpiling copies of espers, especially the base esper required (Berenice for Fabrice, Fabrice for Gabrielle) and augmenting them just enough that they were valid for fusion. Now, espers are no longer destroyed when used for fusion, so you don't have to spin records just to collect sacrifices anymore; you can only use an esper once for the fusion process (not counting the base esper), but that's immaterial.

I only got the one where she has to make an appearance to boost company morale, but I've done Yun Chuan's and he's in the esper union in them but as far as I remember he never officially joined by the end of his story
It's assumed that with Li Ling and Tang Xuan pulling him out of the fire that is Tangton politics, Yun Chuan was free to join the Union like the good guy hero he is.
I got the story where Embla gets told to eat with her teammates to be the nice person she used to be. Then you get a diary where she talks about how Fu Shi says she's doing a great job. I like how they didn't just make Fu Shi chud out and stay at the Esper Union. Super cute that new Embla doesn't mind him around.
Fu Shi's story arc was pretty obvious.

I don't know why people forget this, but Fu Shi is Feng Nuxi's brother. She is the Logistics Division Chief and the sole reason (implied) he got that job to begin with. She's a 5 star, so he's probably going to be a 4.

Honestly, it would and wouldn't make sense for Fu Shi to be 5 stars because: Embla is stronger; but at the same time amnEmbla is a very extreme and violent person so you'd think he'd have to be strong enough.
They probably got a lot of feedback on how boring their events were. I skipped hacker girl's cutscenes, and the majority of the popstar girl's cutscenes. I liked Yun Chaun's because it was related to Tang Xuan, but he did end up being really unimportant. Also to note, Yun Chaun was literally just a simple guard for the Esper Union and ended up 5 stars. So if people like Fu Shi enough, maybe a simple Shadow Guard can be 5 stars.

I meant Yun Chaun wasn't that important, not Tang Xuan. In the grand scheme of things, "the incident" wasn't really impactful to the origin of the Esper Union and Shadow Decree, since Esper Union was already a thing.

Embla's story stands out because the entire campaign was a flashback that delves into the core lore of the setting, particularly the events leading to the founding of the Shadow Council (from Embla/Fu Shi's perspective). Plus, it was a wholly serious story that delves into Embla's unexplained dementia and how she becomes the monster she is, a miserable fate for one of the Esper Seven (and a teaser for Jiang Man). Most of the campaign stories are personal affairs, but Embla's story offers perspective on the broader lore of the Dislyte universe.
Yun Chuan stands out for being "the guy who trained Li Ling," one of the game's flagship Espers. It's the implication that if Li Ling is immensely powerful, that must reflect well on Yun Chuan. His story also provides a window into Tangton politics, which - like real Chinese politics - are inexorably fricked up.

Well you're not wrong. I don't know how people get 75% crit and like 150% crit damage while still having good ATK on one characte, let alone 5. But I mean she does overall more since she hits everyone
Having tested it she doesn't at the higher end even with hitting 5 targets and her ability cooldowns are longer with a worthless S1 so her output falls off a cliff..She's a step above Melanie and comparable to Long Mian imqo which is really good compared to other event units, but it's common knowledge Sander is a thinly veiled 5*. And if you're struggling to get a decent relic set together skirt as close to +60% crit as you can without interfering with getting your CDMG/ATK% as high as possible and just bring anyone like Dhalia/Alice to fill the crit gap.

Next update's the Pan update, so unlike Sisters and Hacker there'll be no inbetween update. With it comes two new Espers, besides Pan, Ame-No-Uzume and Dokkaebi, she still looks off compared to the rest of the cast. So with this update our number of pantheons has been increased to 7, with Japanese and Korean joining the Mesopotamian as our 1 Esper reps.
My guess is that the two new Pantheons are released now to coincide with the Japanese and Korean release of Dislyte, since I don't think it was fully available in their countries yet.

In their defense, Embla was a brick shithouse of a psycho woman with a story filled with melodrama and heavy lore implications, and not just because she's one of the Esper Seven. Ethan is just a trickster thief who goes busking with an accordion. It's refreshingly lower stakes and a nice palette cleanser after Embla's event. Also, he scratches that twink itch some people seem to have, even with his satyr legs.

Ethan does a little of everything as a support, having a proprietary buff (Magic Tune: grants C. Rate, C. Dam, Crit Resist and SPD, makes his basic attack effects irresistible, gives Ethan bonus AP if the enemy gains AP themselves) AND a proprietary debuff (Panic Gaze: triggers when the opponent performs an action, either dealing true damage if they use a basic attack or extending the whole team's cooldowns if they use a non-basic ability or die; Ethan's basic attack stuns while active) that augments pieces of his kit when either are active. Ethan is built to be a menace in non-boss combat.
Ethan is a support. Embla is a fighter.

It's a gacha turn-based RPG where you (most commonly) set up a team of 5 characters with multiple abilities and go through assorted groups of enemies. It has both PvE and PvP features. The biggest selling point of the game is its urban fantasy aesthetic, which not really many other mobile games do.
Here's hoping they don't lose that aesthetic to pander to asiatics and japs. The two new Asian espers are so lacking with it. Compare them to Unky Chai alone and they're as people call 'em dripless.

Both Li Ling and Tang Xuan are good early game units that don't need incredible relics to put out damage but the further you get into the mid/late game they fall off hard. The recent nerfs make Li Ling lose relevance particularly fast, while you could argue that resonance 6 Tang Xuan is meta (good luck getting r6 though).
I don't mind having a tough early game. Is it worth re-rolling?
I'm not trying to get the best espers but I tend to value mid and especially late game more in games
so an important thing to know is that many 4* are outright better than the majority of 5* espers. Sander, Chloe, Pritzker, Jiang Man, Dhalia and basically every 4* shimmer are all good examples. I wouldn't recommend rerolling for Tang Xuan because in either event you should absolutely not invest in them beyond getting them to level 60.
If you burn through your "free" pulls from the story and achievements etc and have let's say Biondina, Elliot, Fatun Sisters, and Ife as your 5*s maybe just nuke that account and try again.

Nexus crystals are the premium currency. There are only two things of note worth spending on: Gold Records (gacha spins) and stamina. Stamina gates the vast majority of your progression, so you're encouraged to spend crystals on that first, but given how much stamina the game throws at you daily, it's okay to spend crystals on rolls if you've hit a wall with your team comps and need some new Espers/dupes for Resonance.
Starimons are a little more out of the way to get than they used to be, as most starimons you get will be from shops instead of dropped from gameplay. You're fully intended to be merging Starimons to get higher value Starimons, assuming you aren't buying them outright at a premium from the assorted shops (there's usually other stuff worth buying first, like Legendary Abilimons, which should be your highest priority any time you see them).

game is infact good, but the level of quality fluctuates every couple of patches cause lilith doesn't really know what they wanna do with the game. in terms of gameplay, i've heard summoners war and afk arena are similar, though i've played neither.
Summoners War was fun enough, I guess. Though it didn't keep my interest long term. I'll think about trying it out.

In game there's currently a post in the notice tab for events. It details how the miracles are fricky with temporal distortions and one of the waitresses with lycan features has dissapeared and how a man in a space suit is walking the streets of Grandis confused. These are most likely the other two legendary espers than Athena in the next update, Hati and Nyx.
One of the running ideas of the setting is that the Miracles do whatever the frick they want and that everyone is at their mercy until we figure out a way to beat them for good. Isekai would check out.

Not only are Leora and Elaine synergized Espers (they're stronger when working together, like the Xie brothers), but they're the first ever Espers to receive bonuses when fighting against each other. No one else features a "rival" mechanic like this.
Camille is just a 5* Lin Xiao, hitting like a truck with Bleed, Disease, Sear and Stun.
Uday is an okay support. Team purify, single-target Absorb/Shield for ally, single-target SPD Down for an enemy and a random ally gets bonus AP. She sounds like she fills a neat gap if you need cleanse with some extra SPD/AP play and want to protect any one teammate, a good backup for any healer.

No this is actually a good time to start since they introduced a good amount of autobattle QoL for the various modes and you're still in time for next month's anniversary and the upcoming Athena/Nyx event in a week.
So I haven't played an anime style "grindy" game in a long time. Turns out this game is just endless dailies and other time-gated content to force player logins. Is that the route these games have gone now? They figure it's more optimal to go full tilt on dailies than let players grind for stuff.

You can grind on a time-limit. And there are things you cannot grind other than waiting on other time limits.

??? Dislyte's dailies are literally moronicly easy and cost very little stamina, which is immediately given back and then some when you get to 100. You can do 5 relic runs with blitz, sonic rift twice and hand out friendship points and you're literally at 100, literally less than 2 minutes less of gameplay.
If you're talking about shit like the pillars or cube miracle, that's incredibly standard gacha-fare, you can't actually be this new to the genre? And cube miracle doesn't cost a single stamina.
I say dailies as loosely any timelocked mechanic used to get you to continually login within a time frame, usually short. So that also includes point of war tickets, bounties, sentinel hunt, expeditions, shop timers (in dislyte's case), rotating sonic miracles etc...
There isn't thing single action you can take aside from story missions that in itself not a daily mechanic. So yes, egregious. Stamina is in itself a daily mechanic, but I can mostly ignore it. And I'm not saying these dailies are hard. It's not about difficulty

Please don't say something's egregious when it's actually both incredibly simple and very low time spent, bounties/expeditions are literally automated content that just hands out bonus gold or relics at an even more stamina-efficient rate than doing them normally, I genuinely can't believe this is something you're complaining about, it's literally just clicking on units and sending them out without a shred of brainpower required, and none of which is really required for any real progression. Your focus is on focusing the story and being able to do the relic/rune bosses, which is no different from any other gacha.
I hate grinding so much. Before this game's update I was leaving my phone on auto battles all day long, after the update everything became so much faster and better. I can log in, do stuff, log out. and when events come i can see the stories and do the events.
new datamine is out in the usual place, but it doesn't appear they have anything huge planned for the actual anniversary update.
Then again, all the new units this update (Minus Elaine) had their 2D art datamined in the past, but nothing really indicated they would be added this patch, so we might get surprises

If you ask me, I'd say no. Magic Tune's nice but not needed for a lot of things, only really usefull if the enemy has a ton of AP pushers on them. Same with Panic Daze since it doesn't persist on all enemies after it pops.
Just consider it a lucky draw if you get him in the future.

The script can still be a little clunky.
So what I gathered from the cinematic is that Leona and Elaine were both Shadow Decree, but after they decide Leora turned traitor for some reason, Elaine eliminates her and then leaves the Decree, while Leora defects to the Esper Union entirely after they save her from her injuries. This would be the first instance of a Shadow Decree member defecting to the Union, not the other way around.
Yeah I was kind of confused, wonder what the Shadow Decree said to make her join. Maybe Union just wasn't caring about the Orphanage. Don't know what Elaine intends to do on her own as a Lone Wolf though. But I guess they didn't want to keep doing sibling in rival union schtick.
Leora really messed up being in the Shadow Decree for 7 years and didn't recognize her own sister? Elaine got burned badly.
The timeline seems to be Esper 7 -> Embla inspired Leora after she got her Esper powers, this could have happened before or after Embla's memory loss -> Leora goes off to join Embla at the decree at the age of 16, trying to be a hero in her own vision despite what the decree sometimes makes her do. Meanwhile Elaine becomes an artificial Esper at the decree as well -> The two meet again 7 years later where Leora, questioning her superiors and investigating when told to stop, is labeled a traitor that Elaine later kills -> Elaine leaves the decree but didn't actually kill Leora -> Leora's picked up by the union and works for them for 2 years. Lastly the Dawn and Dusk event happens, where Leora seems to leave the Union. That's my interpertation at least.
Don't forget Embla inspired Elaine too. Embla might have been her warm self before losing her memories. Then after losing her memories, amnEmbla came out and found Elaine and inspired her a different way.

It was bound to happen. From the moment she discovered her Esper powers, Leora wanted to be a hero who saves everyone. Butting heads with the team of literal terroists was inevitable, and so questioning her orders was grounds enough for the Decree to eliminate her.

Nope, it's "loneliness turns you evil". Even if she was healthy and able bodied, she would've still been angry her only friend and "sister" abandoned her and went no contact for 7 years. She was bullied at the orphanage and eventually left to die. The fact that she didn't even think to pull her sibling out of the orphanage, but the Shadow Decree went and did it, drove the point home. Leora didn't even go back and find her sister. No it was even worse, Leora had been working along side her sister in the Shadow Decree and didn't even realize it.
Seems to be a common theme among sibling Espers, the bright happy one who gets bright happy powers neglects their sibling to the extreme, and the sibling goes haywire.
Elaine in the end helped Leora escape the Shadow Decree, and that was her way of forgiving the past and becoming truly independent. In this scenario Elaine is implied to also be stronger than Leora.
It's dependency. Elaine is clingy with Leora and panicked the moment she found out Leora was leaving with Embla.

The sense of abandonment only compounded the core issue that Elaine was dependent on Leora.
The dependency is only one of the symptoms of loneliness. If she had friends, she wouldn't be dependent on Leora. It's loneliness, and she even says it a million times.

The quit must've been temporary, as Leora's official profile lists her as part of the Union, and those profiles are understood to be their most current status. Elaine is properly listed as independent, at least.
There was also that small fight with Ye Suhua where she demanded Suhua not report the Dusk & Dawn incident to the Union or risk making her an enemy. The epilogue states that to this day, the Union doesn't know what happened in Tangton.
Between all that, handing the research data back to LITERAL TERRORIST Anesidora and claiming she's a hero who now knows how to carry that weight (of having to solve a shitty situation with no clean answer without outside help), this Dusk & Dawn story sucks and renders Leora's character writing schizophrenic (not like the Leora vs. Elaine cinematic helped either).
Leora is a huge screw up. I don't mind it because we can't just portray every union member as the only people who know how to do the right thing. Elaine grew a lot on her own and ended up becoming better than her sister.

The Esper Union is very clearly "good", and the Shadow Decree is very clearly "evil". The Union doesn't employ active duty assassins or suicide bombers.
Yet Leora is in the Union and she gives information to terrorists. Yet people like Sopdet are in the Shadow Decree and all they do is save people or act quirky.
This story really drives the point home.

That's even more damning of the script, then. Leora's words are muddled and outright misleading. And besides, why would "following her own sense of right and wrong" mean she's the only one to make the judgment call on Tangton, refuse to keep the Union in the loop to share the burden (implying the Union is incapable of helping), and give Anesidora back her data? All because she wants a burden to carry alone to justify her struggle? That's selfish and unnecessary.

The reactor was going to auto-reboot anyway. Leora dumped her Esper power during the 17 seconds the reactor was offline just so that Cory doesn't die of a heart attack while it was off.

Anesidora says herself that the lab is destroyed and that the Shadow Decree has no further business in Tangton, so they will leave the town alone. I thought that from the way Borros was talking that the people knew about his plan, but at the very least they all know they need to live off of Divine Waves. Borros most of all wanted Cory to be an Esper so he can live long. If he could sacrifice 1000s to turn Cory into an Esper he would do it.

Shadow Decree was supplying the entire town of Tabaton with food and supplies so technically there was some humanitarian effort (led by Fu Shi). A lot of people in there aren't actually evil, they're just different and become of their pasts + powers, they were pushed away by others. A lot of them join because they felt accepted and welcomed. They don't really care about their missions, they follow orders as long as it means they can be who they are. Some have slightly...evil goals I'm not sure who since every time I read lore on these members it's filled with grief, sadness, alienation, and Tang Yun's reads like the evil brother, but he's actually really childish so he'll probably grow out of it.
Hyde who gives a lot of the orders is not a bad or evil person. He believes they need to understand the miracles and isn't stifled by the idea that everyone can be saved or needs to be saved. It would be extremely beneficial for them to understand more about the Miracles and Esper powers to the point that people can be saved. The Esper Union however just won't risk anybody's life outright and because of that they are "good" and Shadow Decree is "evil".
The only Shadow Decree members who don't outright count as bad people are Uday, Lynn, Bai Liuli and maybe Jeanne and Djoser. It doesn't change that the SD employs mad scientists, active-duty assassins, and gangsters. They used Tabaton as a remote colony for their artificial esper project, which is still failing. Exploiting the weak and downtrodden, especially under the guise of altruism, is exactly what cults and terrorists do.
Even ignoring all that, that's no excuse not to let the Union know that someone was about to set off an artificial Miracle event. The fact that Leora and Ye Suhua were sent to Tabaton and neither of them filed a report and in fact refuse to do so is nuts, especially since there's no report because Leora threatened Ye Suhua with violence, if not threatened to rebel against the Union for...reasons? This isn't how real people act.

...the excuse was that if the Divine Waves emitter gets taken or shut off, Cory dies and all of those people who were sick and helpless, will die from returning to that state. There are people literally surviving off of the emitter.
Leora did not threaten Ye Suhua with violence, she only said that she would oppose Ye Suhua and the Esper Union. It's not the Esper Union's right to be able to attack whoever they choose, so Leora would have been acting in self defense if Ye Suhua chose to attack.
I think Leora is stupid and her decisions are selfish, she doesn't belong in the Union and she claimed to walk her own path but isn't categorized as a Lonestrider.
However, you're failing to take in consideration that the town is dependent on the transmitter, and that they don't have long lives or much time to live. The union is not going to be able to help them because they refuse to use research subjects. No other town will support them.

Absolutely wrong. The Shadow Decree lab was another lab for the artificial esper project. They were taking people from Tabaton and experimenting them (one report says five men and five women, all dead and failures). Barros was the one who wanted to set off the emitter and cause an aritficial Miracle event, which the Shadow Decree said was not in the deal.

You can't just say "among others", either list them all or don't. There aren't many Shadow Decree espers, each bio starts out as they being normal people with crappy pasts, with the exception of some like Ju Yiyao who was a rich and wealth businesswoman.
Leon is on record as the one responsible for assassinating the head of House Ramses (Ollie and Laura's father, Drew's boss). Half of Ollie's story event is tracking down and beating the dogshit out of Leon. Lest we forget he's also the one holding Brynn at gunpoint as he and Freddy kidnap Sieg in the base story.

Did you miss Dream of Redemption? Jiang Man lost her memories and Hyde started the Shadow Decree after Embla lost herself to save everyone. If your only examples are Leon, Nicole opposing the Esper Union for her project, a girl who lost her memories, the stupid poison woman kidnapping the triplets and this story of a town who was LEFT TO DIE BY EVERYBODY ELSE making the Shadow Decree evil, it's not working. They're a morally gray group and they are highly unethical. Does not mean those people are out to kill as many people as possible or control others etc. The people who join the Shadow Decree, again, in their bios, even Nicole, usually have garbage lives, so essentially who is out there punishing the evil people who hurt those in the Shadow Decree? Yeah, nobody. That's what drives those people there.
He knew that he had a heart condition, but it's probably hard to explain to a child he died once. The people of the town probably wouldn't have resented Barros for what he tried to do either.
Not condoning Barros trying to make a new miracle event, but we can clearly understand what his intent was. Good intentions, bad methods. That's how you align with the shadow decree. By the way those people used as experiments who died were going to die anyways, don't know why people forget that. The people most likely agreed to the experiment considering the nature of the town.

you only bring Jin Yuyao if you're looking for some 100+ turn 50% success rate A15/16. For consistent runs you want enough burst so that he doesn't get a ~3rd vomit otherwise the tablets start popping off with rng
The sad reality of Tabaton was that all those people are going to die soon anyways. Esper Union won't help them because they refuse to experiment if it's deemed too risky or uses humans and espers. Those people all know they are going to die and they've been abandoned by every other town. In fact the Esper Union didn't care about them until their divine wave transmitter got stolen. Shadow Decree kept those people alive and are the reason those people were able to flourish alone. If Barros would've actually asked people if they'd go along with the plan you'd probably have most of the people agree because they quite literally know they're dying. However, Barros didn't ask because he did everything for Cory. Shadow Decree would've never agreed with Barros' plan and Leora didn't do much in the end.
Point is, this event story sucked and failed to present Leora as a character worth following. It would be better to pretend the whole story never happened.

update listen to the songs again, really like dusk & dawn, trapped and stinging dawn. she is a god needs the dubstep cut out and colorful dusk not very appealing
