yes because when you already know where to go youre not spending 50+ hours playing it. I can finish Elden Ring in around 2 hours with a fast route, 3.5 if i go for all Great Runes.
not him but
2 great runes needed to enter lyndell capital
fight gold godfrey and then morgott
go to mountaintops and run straight to fire giant
spawn in farum azula after, run straight to maliketh
spawn in new lyndell, beat real godfrey and then fight the final boss
Like back to back playthrough? Frick no. A few years after the first playthrough? Sure.
Action games like ER don't count though. You're playing them for the combat, so "finishing" them means nothing. You keep going until you're bored of the gameplay.
First of all, 90% of the content in the game is optional and can be ignored, you only need to defeat 11 bosses to beat the game (technically). Then you learn routes for early obtainable weapons and where to get upgrade materials etc. The rest is killing the bosses.
What if you want to do a new save? I kinda got filtered twice playing the game
the main bosses drop by far the most amount of runes compared to optional bosses
Killing Margit and Godrick and using Godricks remembrance grants you 52k runes right at the start, which is enough to level like 20 times. With these levels you should be able to take on Makar (drops another 24k )and Radahn, given that you are somewhat familiar with their movesets.
If Margit/Godrick still filter you, you can go into dragonbarrow and kill the big Dragon with a bleed weapon (takes like 5 minutes), should be 90k runes with a fowl-foot.
Then play something else.
The point is, a lot of people don't get their fill of gameplay from one playthrough.
The fact that they've already exhausted the unique content doesn't really matter, not like they skipped fighting every soldier after the tutorial no? The combat is its own reward.
It's just not comparable to most rpgs where the generic gameplay is an afterthought compared to the story and set pieces.
Yeah, that's what I mean. I gotta run through the entire game to get there. Pretty sure they patched the using the lift before Morgott thing that would get me Sol access early
Yes, I have 400+ hours in ER and I complain about how its fricking mediocre on Ganker. Which it is, but its still re-playable.
>run 1
totally blind, went magic had a hard fricking time because of not knowing where to find good spells or staves or anything really >run 2
pure strength, unga-bunga exeuctioners great axe >run 3
faith paladin run, dual banished knight swords and various miracles
I spent a fair amount of time just doing co-op and stuff online, it didn't really feel like that long to be honest not sure how it hit 400+ hours, I stopped playing it now though really burned out on it not even really looking forward to the DLC either to be honest.
If they're really good, yes. You just have to really like the game. If you do, it's not a slog. Most games are not like that of course. It's a one-off experience
Yes.
I'm doing another run with +25 and +10 weapons. Shit is cash. Subsequent runs are always smoother because you know where to go
7 more weeks boys.

But how can you when so low leveled?
your level carries over in ng+

>rpg
You get no choices nor story options in this storyless action game.
Gotta do another run soon because I accidentally killed Varre before he gave me mohg access
If you're willing to wait until the snow place before the haligtree, you can take a teleporter there to mogh palace
Yeah, that's what I mean. I gotta run through the entire game to get there. Pretty sure they patched the using the lift before Morgott thing that would get me Sol access early
Why? You can get to Moghwyn palace without an invitation
but that would be rude
>Why
Early on NG+ with the character I wanted to do the DLC with.

The game is pretty easy if you play as him.
Yup
if thats not a shop thats utterly deranged. what at level 25 could you be doing on 1 save that takes 400 hours?
pvp, moron
feeling personally attacked
The replay doesn’t take that long if you know what you’re doing.
If I like the game enough that I want to go throug hit again what does it matter whether the game is 5 or 50 hours long?
good ones, yes.
finally got 60fps bloodborne running, it's disgusting how much better the game is.
I'm on my third character right now. But I never play NG+ and don't overlevel. I reach RL150, beat the game, then park the character.
