I just don't care enough about anime these days to want to pay attention to most of it. I usually just use it for noise when drawing or working on shit. If I feel like it has some artistic merit, I'll watch it in its original dub, but most anime is predictable garbage these days.

I was surprised when I went to one here in Eastern Europe to buy some clothes for a wedding I had to attend to, the cashier there helped me and other costumers with choosing the right types of clothes, both in colors, size and texture of the textile itself, like for example saying how cotton wouldn't work because of the circumference of your arms or whatever so she recommended something from another textile instead that would fit. They even recommended good color combos that would fit the way the person looked at both face and body level.
I understand he probably just went in there looking to straight up get a cosplay going but surely they could've helped him find something within the idea him wanted but which would've fit him better.
