cardiogays can only comprehend using medieval torture devices to get bigger, real lifters follow Goku and learn ki manipulation to fly and raise their height at will
I did the running ones back in 2017 and the push up up to week 8 but that jump to sets of 40 is brutal.
Overall would not recommend, orange times are a b***h to count, blue is too muuch, 10k km every 2nd day, green one ramps up unevenly.
I don't run because my tendons are tight and stay incredibly sore after I run for a certain amount of time, no matter how often I stretch. I think I'd be good at short-distance sprinting and I think a HIIT-type program would work for me. I'd prefer to swim or bike but I don't have either easily available.
one day I'll do one of these shits
I think I tried once or twice, but they have some really ridiculous jumps in some of them
I'd love to but lack the willpower like a b***h, like usually I start with gusto and then realise it's difficult, hate doing it, and then stop.
cardiogays are literally disabled
What's that, Zyzz? You'll have to speak up, I can't hear you all the way up here.

>raise their height at will
This wouldn't happen to involve little chants like "Grow, grow, grow", would it?
no
more like this scene to be precise, but just for getting taller instead of becoming a giant
Why Piccolo never did this again
that push up plan is moronic
I can't run my knees are shit. Also I hate her.

I have managed to do the couch to 5k for a bit, but found out how bad jogging on concrete is for your knees. I just play basketball now
I do it for myself. Now everyone notices my nice pecs.

What kind of lame ass excuse is that?
