Considering that they're gonna be keeping everything the same, i'm hopeful that it'll be atleast acceptable. I expect a lot of scenes to be ruined by the graphical changes and the engine performance to be shit (like always) but it'll probably be tolerable enough as long as they don't cut anything. it'll just be another excuse to replay MGS3 which is never a bad thing in my opinion

every screenshot so far as been 1:1 to the original. the map is identical, the characters are in the same exact poses as they had in the original, I am pretty positive this is just going to be Subsistence with new graphics. sort of like the Destroy All Humans rereleases.

The regulars will still buy it to support the Metal Gear franchise, it will get spammed on Ganker and I'll leave for a week, end of story. Remakes have become cookie cutter, buckle up for the next decade of 7-8/10

MGS is an outdated series that died with MGSV and that one made comments about games and gamers' expectation more than anything else, the conclusion being, the series was done years before, but morons never have enough and want to medernize, so here's your empty open world, shit story told through optional tapes, invasion-based multiplayer, base-managing, equipment researching MGS. What you mean you no rike it? It's everything else that you buy. And now we reach this point... The Remake. Konami seems to go out of their way to show gamers how games are shit and not worth the money, but still people buy them.
My biggest concern is that they are going to frick the cutscenes over. I just hope they keep all the animations (quality can go up but the way they move should be the same) and the voice lines.

I recently realized that the online won't be included and just now that probably so won't be most of the subsistence extra modes.
All I want is the Master Collection to not frick up hard and have dual language options.
