I think mostly if not only remasters, remakes, and ports will probably be announced for next direct, though I have this hunch we might get a dk announcement soon

This one will be an even bigger disaster than usual thanks to Palworld absolutely mogging the zero effort Ilca remakes of BW they're announcing.

No reliable leaker has mentioned a Direct coming yet, which isn't a good sign. It could be possible that Nintendo is quietly changing the Direct schedule due to the supposed new console reveal this year.
Nobody’s leaking anything because nothing new is coming besides ports of indies and old third party games and maybe prime 2. The direct will be mostly that and release dates for the likes of Luigi’s Mansion 2 and TTYD because Nintendo is gearing up for the switch 2’s reveal

The OLED is the Pro. It's motherboard is wired differently from the Lite and V2 Switch despite having the same SoC. It can output 4k30fps whereas no other Switch model can. It was mostly going to be overclocked to smooth out framerates and resolution as we see in hombrew but for whatever reason Nintendo decided against it. All the reports about devkits were about the Aula ones from the firmware going around at the time. NateDrake and Moichizuki from Bloomberg pushed the Pro has DLSS 4k thing hard because they got info about the next generation system and connected the wrong dots tying together safe guesses to make it look like they knew more than the actually did. Nate does that all the fricking time. Imagine getting Capcom's entire fricking road map until 2024 with no mention of an upgrade for MH Rise and still thinking a Pro was actually going to happen.

Nintendo is in full panic mode right now. They are having major issues with the next console, manufacturing and supply issues, but also design problems. The console is much worse than they were expecting. They know they need to release it soon but they are terrified its gonna be another Wii U.
That said, they dont have any other games to announce, so there will be no diects until they are ready to talk about the Switch 2.
Switch 2 will be a failure since Nintendo consoles that massively succeed are followed by failures because Nintendo gets too arrogant and alienates consumers (see Wii and Wii U).

The past few years they usually have had one on the Wednesday of the first full week of February. If they follow that same pattern, it will be this Wednesday. Otherwise it will be next Wednesday.

The chances are low for this month (outside of a press release announcement, but even that I doubt) but I think the reveal is definitely coming before May.
I think Nintendo is waiting until the fiscal year is over before an announcement. I'm betting on April for an announcement, May the latest. Release date will be September or October.
