Do you use an ergonomic mouse? Also how to deal with wrist pain?

you push through it, no pain no gain
I don't get wrist pain. It's a lot easier that way.
My ergonomic keyboard never leaves me bored
Shopping online for rewritable media
I edit Wikipedia
I can edit SQL and make you ROTFL
I use it for work and it dealt with it just fine.

any recomendation on which one i should get thinking about buying one
any cheap ones?
I have that exact mouse. I had pain for over a year and swapped to that mouse and pain went away within a day.
I've long switched to controller + gyro for 95% of PC games. Only exception is RTS but those are few and far between these days
>ergonomic [thing]
i still use my gaming [thing]
and miss my old multimedia [thing]
vertical mice are shit for vidya and i'm just fine using normal mouse
Cannabis/CBD ointment with arnica for inflammation. Turmeric supplement for internal inflammation.
Yes, I also use a vertical mouse. It is comfy.
>cannabis
I'm not a degenerate
I also use that Logi mouse for work, but switch for gayms.
i wish there were more than 2 of these to choose from, but i did get that logi because i couldnt stand the anker's non-grip
even the anker though was enough to never want to switch back to an old-fashioned mouse.
I have that mouse for work, it's ok
I don't know if it helps with pain because I don't have any, I just bought it because I could spend my employer's budget so I thought I'll try
>wrist pain
for the love of god if you're giving yourself RSI by using a fucking mouse go buy one of these and do your reps
how would adding more strain make it better?
it's about properly strengthening
i think it's more about not doing the same shit every single day, like using mouse in your wagcucking job 40 hours a week
sure that would help too but grip training does a lot to prevent RSI and CTS
I've never had wrist pain, but then I've used a trackball the vast majority of my life. 16+ hours a day, I'm in my 30s. I don't know how anyone thinks moving their whole arm in repetitive motions all day is a good idea.
Thumb trackballs are ok for games, the motion range is small so I keep things acceptable for precision, usually left to right is less than 180 degree and looking up and down is even less like 90 degree. Anything further than that need to freeroll the ball.
thumb sore for a few days initially. No longer need to clear desk space. Ball sockets needs to get cleared of gunk chips once a blue moon if you feel friction gets higher.
>Ball sockets needs to get cleared of gunk chips once a blue moon
huh?
why the fuck are there so few options for good mice that aren't fuck ugly
you can customize a keyboard to high heaven but if you have a specific idea of your perfect mouse you'll never be satisfied.
Yes, but only for work.
How much of a genetic failure would one have to be in order to require ergonomic keyboard/mouse
Just an hero at that point honestly
