Lewd mods are pretty awful in most games because they don't interact with the actual gameplay at all, so you've got half-naked women running around and nobody even acknowledges them
I'd rather play something like Rimworld where the actual visual aspect is very limited but there's great potential for stories and interactions
Skyrim's moddable enough you don't really have to deal with the actual boring parts at all
Just gather up your harem and let them do the fighting, or go around raping random NPCs if you're into that; you can pretty much make your own story as you go since the region's big enough
