Does Unova feel "incomplete" because there's no Original Dragon in BW2? Would BW2 have been a better and more complete game if it was a single game instead of a dual version, and if we got the Original Dragon instead of Black Kyurem and White Kyurem? Personally I'm happy with how BW2 turned out, but I also understand why some people want the Original Dragon too.

BW2 is fine as-is but if they made a BW3 or a prequel and didn't include the original dragon that would be a wienerblock
I understand wanting the Original Dragon in a prequel, but I think BW3 wouldn't make much sense.
I would imagine a game similar to PLA could give us the Original Dragon.
lol I will never understand why obsessed morons consider a game like unova "incomplete" but not hoenn despite having 1/3rd the gameplay
I think both BW2 and Emerald are very complete games. But it's true that there's no "missing content" in Emerald like the Original Dragon.
missing fricking johto imo
still angry from that betrayal as a child
I never expected Johto as post game in Emerald, and I started with Pokémon Silver. But to each their own.
I remember walking around confused trying to figure out how to get to another region after beating the elite four, and was disgusted when I realized that there was literally nothing to do. that was ruby though. adding a few buildings in emerald doesn't really impress me.
Emerald has 34 routes
BW2 has 23 routes
Emerald has 7 battle facilities
BW2 has 3 battle facilities and 2 of them are just gutted copies of ones from Emerald
Emerald has ribbon collecting, secret bases, and berry farming
BW2 has none of these things
where the frick are you seeing “ 1/3rd the gameplay”? You could probably 100% BW2 in like 60 hours while it takes literal hundreds of hours to 100% Emerald.
assuming you are so moronic that you think bw installations are equal to w
Esmeralda still has + the metro battle world tournament
you can explore underwater ruins pokestar studios
musical theatre
and capture almost everything legendary
and the radar of dreams
>berry farming
You can stop pretending anyone gives a damn about running around planting, watering, and collecting berries.
Me and everyone I knew were happy you could just buy your berries in Gen 4 and 5
>unovagay trying to pretend you can’t also just plant berries in gen 4 so he can pretend his favorite game fits in
awww that’s cute
Ive been playing Pokemon games since before your mom sucked your dads dick for the first time.
I have never once planted berries.
It's not worth the time when there's easier methods to get them
>I didn’t use it so it’s ok that my game is objectively worse
How do I use pokeradar in gen 5?
>objectively
Nah
Berry farming actively makes the games worse.
Vendor >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Farming
Go play harvest moon if you wanna watch low budget shallow "farming"
But go ahead and keep naming "features" that are pointless or actively bad as an own kek
>being able to get 50 berries at once for free is somehow worse than having to rely on a tedious multiplayer focused feature just to have a chance at buying the berries you need
Nice cope.
>deflects instead of answering the question
Curious.
pokeradar in gen 7, 8, 9 where?
>rely on a tedious
lol
Defending berry farming but calling things tedious
Gold
How do I use pokeradar in gen 7, 8, 9?
emerald takes ten hours to complete, black/white take twenty and that's not counting postgame cities.
The Original Dragon is a lore piece, she doesn’t exist or matter.
Now where’s Az’s Floette?
>Does Unova feel "incomplete" because there's no Original Dragon in BW2?
Yes
Having Kyurem still be split into two different forms is contrived and they only forced it to have an excuse to have two different versions again
>Now where’s Az’s Floette?
At the end of the game after the champion battle, dumbass
>pretending to be moronic
How is that pretending to be moronic? Eternal Floette quite literally has a role in the story, while the OD is so unfinished they couldn’t even put it in the game.
It's pretending to be moronic because you have no proof to say Kyurem getting two new forms is somehow worse than only one, all while pretending the story doesn't work. Also, anyone with a brain and eye's knows that anon meant "where can I get that Floette" and not "Where can I see it"
>pretending to be moronic
How is that pretending to be moronic? The OD quite literally only exists in lore, while Eternal Flower Floette is seen in person in the game.
It's pretending to be moronic because you have no proof to say Floette not being obtainable is somehow worse than being able to obtain it, all while pretending the story doesn't work. Also, anyone with a brain and eye's knows that anon meant "where can I see that Original Dragon" and not "Where can I read about it"
>I said what he said but reversed to fit my narrative
How old you are? You expect this from a middle schooler, not a 30 year old man.
>please stop using my shitty logic against me
Act your age.
EF Floette has game data (moveset, dex entries, etc) yet was never distributed or even battled in-game. Original Dragon never went beyond being a lore concept.
>If the game has backstory I can't catch in a ball, the game is incomplete.
I know this place is full of idiots, but this is the dumbest thing I've heard yet.
The original dragon was clearly third-version bait for Pokemon Grey and plans just changed to have two games instead of one.
The 3 dragons are based on yin and yang and other Taoist stuff.
So maybe Kyurem was originally going to absorb both Reshiram and Zekrom, in Pokemon Grey?
Definitely
Except that's wrong, you fricking moron.
The stuff that Masuda says about certain aspects of the franchise make no sense.
He claims a third version nor sequels were planned, and the fusion between Reshiram/Zekrom and Kyurem wasn't a thing they had planned ahead of time (Kyurem fusing was a thing they had in mind).
Except that it was obviously made with that in mind, at least to some degree, and BW even has the unused moves the fusions use coded into them.
Masuda is a chronic fricking liar.
Rehashes were planned. They didn't plan on them being sequels or called "Gray" though. The sequels came from BW's development, which was the antithesis of birthing a Gray version, being two wholly distinct versions of Unova.
So does this mean that the Original Dragon was never meant to be anything but lore?
Frick, I think they're finally understanding the concept. Only took 13 years.
I'm here to explain that in the game data of BW1, there was another similar to the Dark stone and Light stone. It was grey, but it was called the God Stone... take that as you will.
Gen V feels incomplete because it's an old gen and as such there is no longer a way to access all the mythical Pokémon legitimately. The same thing applies to every generation.
That doesn't count for me personally, as I don't care about completing the Dex
>there is no longer a way to access all the mythical Pokémon legitimately.
https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemon/comments/a1xc5q/complete_guide_for_setting_up_wifi_in_gens_4_and_5/
It seems a bit inconsistent depending on what hardware you have available, but it is entirely feasible. It’s not official by any means but it’s the best you can get in terms of legitimacy.
I don't really feel like I need to see the original dragon, just like I didn't need a mega fug or "origin" dialga and palkia.
one being became three and that's fine
It bothers me so much they never even designed the original one.
If not having berry planting (DW doesn’t count because it just doesn’t..!) is the only complaint you can throw at Gen 5 then this argument was lost from the start.
No.
