I just finished it myself recently for the first time.
I am still shocked at how my attitude on Monika took a 180, I've never come around from 'this b***h needs to die' to 'must protect at all costs' this completely before with another character. After deleting her the following scene really helps sell that she's a victim of her own programming as well as the existentially crippling environment she found herself in as the only non-dateable NPC in a love VN and her actions in the finale really endeared her to me.
I now keep Monika.cha on a flash drive I carry around with me
