After using the Gods and the ssj4s for a while I've come to the conclusion that the Gods having prepared for battle makes them and their teams much smoother than the monkeys and their shocking speed. There were a bunch of awkward turns with the ssj4s not getting enough ki when linking up with the LR ssj4s and other common saiyans whereas the gods were fine practically everywhere.
Both are broken as shit though and can shit out 10 million attack stats with ease
Why are you not pairing them up with LR SS4 Goku? The only reason I can think not to is to run super phy for Battlefield, but then there's a frickton of good support units and shocking speed isn't really rare there.

I'll let you on a little secret. Go delete your very first team and change the name to Sommon bait remove all the units there and add a single SR, R or N unit that has no Z awakening or anything let the rest of the entries blank. Before summooing be sure Summon bait is the team that shows up in the home screen and go do a couple of summons and report back. It is not 100% foolproof but it helps.

Dokkanfest. You want him to stack as much as possible. The heal on his 11 ki can also be useful.
Already completed it, I mostly kept him out of rotation, and changed the non-F2P INT 16 with the TEQ WT Cell which I had rainbowed since that 16 got me killed.
The super strike 16 saved my life, tanked a shit ton of TEQ FPSSJ4 Goku's attacks and an SA at the end.
I cleared it with this team the day Buutenks dropped, and that was without any rainbow units

You're comparing a supposed great banner to average banners that come out on average celebrations.

I mean sure, if you're comparing the tanabata banner to banners from average celebrations it might seem alright I guess, but compare the banner to 7th year banners and it's a different story. You have a 4 in 10 chance of pulling good units on the god banner and a 6 in 10 chance of pulling a good unit on the ssj4 banner, so you have a far better chance at pulling something decent on the current banners than on the tanabata banners. The tanabata banner is just filled with too many units which just lowers your chance of getting 3 the best units in the game.

Well /dokkan/ chads, I've finally done it. With the couple of LRs I've pulled from this anniversary, I've officially completed every single bit of content there is available in the game, and have officially acquired every single free dragon stone available.
It's been a fun 4 years, but I think I might be done with the game now. Having to actually spend money on this shitty game or skip banners and save while logging in to do the same boring ass daily for months on end doesn't sound like fun.
time to open your wallet to buy those guaranteed link level up keys, paypig.
I guess I should stick around till the end of the celebration to see just how hard the final couple of Red Zone stages are, but all the hype about them being super hard is dead on GLB since we have multiple 200% leads at this point that utterly shit all over the fights, where-as JP only had the Y7 LRs.
I just don't see what the point is in playing a game like this if I'm not gonna be summoning on every new unit banner at least once or twice just for shits and gigs.

Yes.
$4 for 50 stones > ticket packs > stones (12x for 2.99, 32x for 7.99)
None of the other stone packs are worth it. Hell the second set of stones mentioned aren't worth it either, but they're not that bad if you need a top-up and aren't a f2p.
If you're actually willing to pay money for this game your best bet is to just get the $10 monthly that gives you like 90 stones by the time its finished or the $1 stone pack when it's 5 stones (sometimes it's 1+4, sometimes its 1+2, so keep an eye out)

I'd say the purple and teal stones are worth it if there's someone you really need.
Teal stone is debatable, the current pink stone absolutely not, specifically because any of the actual decent and usable units that you want from it are locked behind 3x stones.

Takes like 3 hours of constant grinding 7-10 or 8-9 on auto to get anyone to LL10 unless you have absolute shit luck. LL10 grind really isn't that bad now that you can just auto and reset every couple of minutes while your phone is charging or whatever.

The reason you do 7-10 or 8-9 is because you're guaranteed 5+ battles in both of them based on the stop fights. Sure, you can do other stages and get 10+ fights in one attempt, but you're doing that shit manually and taking 3-4x longer than it takes me to just auto it and go.

The SS4s hit for a 9-10 million atk stat at max links turn 1 and have like 350k or so def without support, unless you get an additional with Goku and he shoots up to like 540k.
The evasion before fusing really helps out the 3rd years, and can reach about 6 million/200k or so in their best conditions. After fusing, they probably go up another 2 million/100k and Vegetto becomes one of the best tanks in the game.

They're pretty good. Sit at about 250k defense start of turn, I have them with full AA so they double super quite a bit, putting their defense at ~500k defense.

Overall this anniversary has been pretty good to me. I'll probably get absolutely fricked by the WWC banners and on V/T's banner just like last year.

>you have more units under their leader skill, but making teams feels more wonky, less cohesive linkwise than the SS4 teams
>UI is not a saiyan power nor movie, so you cant make a God Ki leaning team with the Gods as leaders and UI on it (and gods arent in LR UI or LR SSBE leader skill so if you want a god ki team like that, you need the TUR EZA SSBE as leader for pure saiyans)

The phys gogeta is unironically better than the str one that turns into blue, the problem with blue gogeta is that he has super low defense and by time he starts stacking you'll probably already be dead.
There are characters that start out with higher defense than he will have by turn 6
Blue vegito is slightly better but not by much he has the same issue, int vegito is better than blue too but they get their ezas this anni so they'll be way better soon.
Definitely no way you could ever run them through red zone even with 2 200% leaders.

LR Gohan, Goten and Trunks can hit for a decent amount, the problem is that doing so pretty much restricts them to Majin Buu saga and gimping one of the two LR Vegitos by pairing it with him, with whom they barely share links.
I used them on Parental Bond and they weren't anything amazing, put held their own a lot more than I expected. If there was an agl enemy, they might actually be worth taking.

The Gods banner is just one big trap. LR Vegito and Gogeta are awful now, SSJ2 Goku and Teq Majin Vegeta are garbage, and Buutenks has fallen off compared to what he used to be. Phy Gogeta is also old as hell, so 99% of players have him with multiple dupes already. I don't know what they were thinking with that banner, it's insane how much better the SSJ4 banner is.
Goku and vegeta are still used on a bunch of teams and have good leads for them if you're a newish player. Buutenks is still top tier. Gogeta is still decent and with his eza becomes great.

Frieza is a better unit than Nameku, but doesn't have a 200% lead and Red Zone is more geared towards Nameku's kit. Frieza is the 2nd best unit on God's banner and one of the few units worth pulling. The two GT units are miles better than the Buu Saga shitters, frick both of those two units they want 6 orbs and even then they aren't that good after.

I was disappointed I didn't get any Namek Goku's, but mine was already 69% so it's not like he was stuck dupeless. What pissed me off is that I pulled like 3 SSJ4 Goku when i've had that prick rainbowed for ages and I got my first dupe of SSBE Vegeta who I never use so frick that guy. I did get my 2nd dupe for the two GT units and 3rd dupe for STR LR Goku and Vegeta which was nice. Frieza wanted me bad though, pic related.
Managed to 100% him just by chasing the Gods. My luck was unreal, I literally didn't have any copies of him before this anni. Same thing happened with UI as well, actually, and getting the monkeys to 100% too was just the icing on the cake.

Well even when he released on global he wasn't really that great, he's comparable to str vegito who is years old. His transformation makes him stronger but very temporarily and then he is worse in basically every way I was excited when I got him but he's really disappointing, love his animations though.
His banners are usually ass, so why not.
Only problem is that the Goku&Vegeta stage is kind of lightweight at 55%, but most characters are like that.

First you'll want to pick an AGL Ginyu friend, then par him with STR Guldo and Recoome, then INT Ginyu paired with LR PHY Ginyu, and then have INT Jeice and Burter and STR Jeice floating as supports.
For the last i'd pick AGL Burter, since he stacks defense.
Also LR PHY Ginyu is a decent F2P lead, but the best lead for a Ginyu Force team you have is either INT Jeice and Burter or STR Guldo and Recoome, both will give you the same boost and cover all your cards.
The duo units are good, they give 130% boost while PHY Ginyu gives 120%

This will only get worse for this card as more non-ToP SSJ gods will be released. Despite being a relatively recent card it does garbage damage and have garbage defense. Card is irredeemable and needs an EZA.
