its not the worst thing to only have one of them because you can use the other as a friend lead and use that as a rotation, but it does limit your team to only movies heroes units
its his best linking partner so I think its worth it
his only other decent link partners are AGL Dyspo, STR Jiren and PHY 16 & 18 and they are not what I would call amazing

The SS3 Goku is insanely good and back in the day I even used him outside of the Heroes team and he worked really well as a tank and stunner on SBR. Best Heroes units imo
depending on who your "strongest team" is, will determine if you can beat the EZB without the advantaged team. Heroes isnt a real category so whatever mono-team fits.
Supreme Kai of time and Robel are actually pretty good. When linked up with Hearts, Robel has 160k defense, which goes up to 200k with three rainbow orbs, which turns to 600k defense after super attacking and she has a 70% chance to foresee enemy attacks and orbs changes on top of that. Supreme kai of has a 115k defense with no links active (her linkset is ass), which turns to 350k after super attacking. However, she has a 30% chance to stun the entire rotation in SBR and seals for two turns, and does this with just a single other hero unit, which she has on all her teams. Basically, guarantees a win in all the teams you can put her on. I was expecting them to be shit, but I'm pleasantly surprised, especially by Robel.

Eh. This is a singleplayer game. There might be meta and power creep, but it's not like other games that always have leaderboards and PvP. Almost all content is permanent and can just be cleared later. (unlike Legends)

Selas, SS3 Goku, Sayiaman 3 and breasts of Time are the only good ones from this batch.
Janembu and Cooliza are the only good ones from last batch, although Wheerus and Chaoman have their uses.
My heroes summons were pretty good but I am still missing 3 of the older units, there is no way I am buying the cum stone because it's price is just too outrageous. I rather wait next year to get them.
The extreme ones don't seem to have a restriction and the SS4 Vegito was fine, I'd even say the SS4 Vegeta is fine too.

all new units and ezas are good but you should focus on getting the god monkeys and hearts because they lead for 200 total, after that use the stones to get the eza units.

You don't get it. It's the Saiyan 4 that is Full Power not the Super Saiyans themselves. It takes 4 Full Power Saiyans to complete the ritual for the one in the middle that goes Super. It makes perfect sense.

Thats fricking hard because the LR gods take quite abit of damage, and sometimes I am stuck at low hp that I need to heal because they cant tank, and lets not even mention the gogetas not doing their jobs of dodging and countering. I take 240 normals and its so frustrating.

Oh I know I float the LR gods, im talking about the gogeta's, im glad i got the EZA for teq gogeta done but he takes a shit ton of damage, and sometimes cooler just attacks every slot 4 to 5 times so just trying to get things right is frustrating.

Bros.. I spent 600 stones and only got one copy of Sharts, a golden Metal Shitler and two Shitnembas, no SS4s... I have 250 stones left and I don't know if I'll even have enough time to save up for the step ups in a month... This celebration was a disaster...
new years banner is up for the whole month of january and that month usually gives out 150 to 200 stones so I'd probably just take the L and save if you plan to do all three rotations on that banner

Cumber you'll need a full DB Heroes team to beat all missions so for that I recommend the EZA great saiyaman and every guard and damage reduction unit you can bring, so SS3 Goku, SS4 Gohan, King Vegeta (disguised)... Robelu was also pretty decent, new LB SS4 were a big weak spot during the AoE phase thouhgh

Why are they making Hero characters stats even worse? A new shiny rainbow SSJLB 4 Vegeta has worse stats then my 79% SSJ4 Vegito which is 2 years old now.
I mean the stats for Heroes units were always worse, but they're almost like f2p with these new ones.
Is the step up even worth summoning on this year? I feel like unless they put the carnival exclusives on it, or you're a new player, it's better to just save your stones this time. Power creep has gotten so ridiculous so fast that units introduced in the first half of the year are already mid, and most of the ones from last year and before are outdated. The gold coin LRs this year have also been dogshit. Like the only yellow coin LRs worth a damn in the step ups are Janemba, Goku and Gohan, and Goku and Piccolo, and even then, they're not top tier anymore.
Even though I have a good enough box made up of the last 3 months worth of stuff, mainly coolers team, I still want to summon on this step up. Since I’m so new I want some of the older stuff just to round out some other teams I have, even if they are a bit dated

With a whis up yeah he's able to just ignore basically everything short of cell max supering so if you want to try that route and kill the core before cooler becomes a liability then go for it
My god, this unit is fricking broken. His stats are crazy, he can start with around 340k defence at start of turn, he counters to an absurd degree and his defence reduction doesn't mean anything because he get's it back after 3 attacks anyway.
He's been able to deal good damage with his free dupe 29.5% crit rate and tank any normal thrown at him for me, but melts in front of a super. I'm not sure if dupes would help with that though.
Kinda wanna do the discount for a chance at titty kai and sealas...

The units might not seem as impressive as DFE, but they are good, the other thing is that they make other teams useful and having box variety and the ability to clear harder content in the long term is far more beneficial.
Plus unlike every other unit that will eventually come back the likely hood you will ever pull them after they appear first or after their eza banner is complete dogshit and some units are amazing. Great Saiyaman 3, SS3 Goku, SS4 Gohan with 50 percent DR, Sealas, Cumber for helping with Giant form.
my only complain with a few heroes units is that they are too dependant on OTHER heroes units. THese units are cool because they usually fill niches but when you make them too dependant on on having other heroes units it kills their viability a little.

Last year's EZAs didn't age well and you already have the best ones. Towa might be good for SBR, but you're better off hoping this batch ages well and coining one of them next year or getting some type leads for their eventual EZA.

GT Goku will be okay if you hide him in the first phase. You'd replace one of the SS4 Gogetas, probably teq with his type disadvantage in the last phase.

The idea for all red zone stages is to bring Whis for the last phase to give you survivability. Plus, you've got the LR SS4s active by then, so you can still do some damage if they get sealed.
Just keep trying, you even have unlimited attempts for this one.

He already survives basically everything except a metal cooler core super so if you want that tiny extra bit of survivability then go for it, he hits around 4.5m rainbowed with another ssj4 beside him so it's not like he can't do any damage and crits or additionals are just completely worthless

Honestly, I thought the heroes units would be much worse after reading some of their passives. In game, some of them surprised me. I beat the new red zone, using only heroes units for fun, and even though it was easier than other RZs, some units are actually good enough to use on actual red zones. Most of the good ones will probably be power crept in two months when the troonyversary gets here though. Maybe Baby Janemba and Robelu will stay relevant due to their utility outside of just attack and defense.
Only if you have a good orb changer and he's able to get a lot of AGL, INT, or TEQ orbs. In that scenario, he's pretty good, but he doesn't have a good linking partner that also orb changes in any of his teams. If he had cold judgment, he and Robelu would have been an amazing combo, but sadly, he doesn't and Roblu doesn't have BBB, which he needs. I tried using him on heroes red zone, and he was always around 170-200k defense pre super, which would have put him at around 300-350k defense after super, which isn't good enough if he doesn't have dodge, guard or damage reduction unfortunately. On crazy turns where he's able to get 8+ orbs, he could be over 550k defense, and in that scenario he's good, but those were very rare.

The only thing that keeps him from being good now is the moronic 5 turn limit on his guard. It's bad enough it's only a high chance, but no hard event other than SBR ends before 5 turns, and he's not good in SBR because he needs to get hit for his defense.
the way it actually works is that it has a high chance to activate but its for 5 turns once it activates so its possible that it only activates later in the fight
That's still better than what I thought it was. Worst case scenario, he'll only have it for 5 turns. At least now there's a decent chance he can make it to turns 7-10 with guard, which is usually the ammount of time red zones last.

So I managed to rainbow Ss4 bardock, and he is a fricking monster, he crits so much, and dodges, I Dont think I gave him dodge and if I did good on me, but he dodges tanks and is just able to do so much shit, I also managed to pull FP LB Vegeta, who is really good at 55% he hit 9 mill no crit.
Now for a team that can possible take on fu and cumber this is what I have right now

1 dupe in gohan, bardocks rainbowed and I think vegito and towa also have a dupe, gohenks aswell.
With this, every final Red Zone stage and Cell Max have been verifiably beaten by a full DBH team.
They're a great option and won't become instantly irrelevant with 8th anni this time.
He's reliable, but those hp restrictions can really kill his damage.
I have him rainbow and he's hitting 5 to 6 mil attack stat with lvl 1 links. I agree Goku's way better but people are being too hard on that Vegeta imo

dont have money for that king, but since I do have enough stones for the last two multis on the discounted heroes banner, I might aswell give it a shot and continue farming.
If you still have stones to farm, that's the best move, yeah. Don't worry too much about Hearts though unless you have a really good extreme DBH team already.

I have most of the extreme units and just eza'd fu I dont have sealas though, I did get phys cumber but I dont know how useful he is I also have agl and int towa along with Dabura and mira in the red suit.

No idea about Fu, but Sealas is essential and the rest are shit.
To give you an idea, the only good extremes right now are the ones on the 2 banners right now except Janemba and some of the f2p EZAs.

You can probably get through Fu with the units you mentioned formerly with proper item usage. Vegito and Towa (and Gohanks if he's not built up) will be major weak spots vs Cumber. But Hey, you've got unlimited tries. At least do the discounts on the EZA banner if you haven't already.

SS3 is dead, and has been for years. The anime and manga both have completely forgotten about that dead form. Only heroes still has it show up every now and then, and we didn't get any new SS3 units this year, so maybe better luck next year. Only way SS3 is ever revelant again is if adult Gotenks from the movie ever shows up and goes SS3, or if the U6 saiyans ever show up again and go SS3. Other than that, there will never be a new SS3 unit.
Power beyond super saiyan invalidates it and there's only so many times they can make a ssj3 Goku.
Your only hope is ssj3fp Rose next year or they start doing heroes shit more than once a year and use the old characters like ssj3 Vegito and Gogeta.
Other than that hope Goku teaches the U6 lesbians how to go ssj3 in the new anime whenever that comes out
Baby Janemba is the one Heroes card I hold in high regard as he can actually carry you with the dodges and his healing with his passive and Metamorphosis on Cooler's 200% team.
You don't need to rainbow everything. Honestly, only the first dupe really matters for any unit and then you can supplement with equips. >other teams don't need 1000 attempts for perfect rng.
It's Cell fricking Max. Literally the only teams that don't have such strict requirements are ones that have access to free turns through actives/revivals and the Gammas who are both broken and have a special boost just for their categories.

They probably omitted half the kits the 2 SSRs will have upon awakening. Cooler will probably get artificial lifeforms or one of his other niche categories to give him atk and Janemba will hopefully get guaranteed guard since the meta will have progressed 2 years by then and chances are shit now.

The rewards don't get "better" it's the same amount of zeni per clear but you will get well past level 100 in no time. TEQ Movie Heroes is too strong for this event to do anything to it so just put it on auto for a while.
Just get smart auto clicker and have teq movie heroes abuse Broly all the way to 999. If you have the Gods, teq Godku and any decent teq heroes plus Caulifla it's basically guaranteed you'll get there and have more than enough zeni for every eza

Being stuck in slot 1 is a very annoying restriction. You cannot have them in another slot for any reason without sacrificing survivability.

God Trunks is just a filler unit who can seal some first phases. Cumber's normals are so weak that you could probably get away with bringing SS3 Vegeta.

They felt like they needed a gimmick to really make this game stand out among mobile games but they didn't at all. People love candy crush and collecting anime pngs, the Dragon Ball Z branding is what makes it unique not the silly gimmick so they never bother to update it. The Dokkan meter at this point is just annoying would be better off removed from the game entirely instead of wasting time trying to modernize it.

The default Kaioken is x2 and then every other stated multiplier is self explanatory up until it comes back in Super. Goku SAYS he's only doing x10 and x20 but based on what we see that's complete bullshit because he gets way stronger than just that.

By the game's own logic since Majin Vegeta and the Masked Saiyan are allowed on there, he should be but they simply don't want to include him or Baby Vegeta or any fusions. The reason most people have agreed upon is for the sake of balance in the power of teams but the real reason is probably just because the devs are buttholes. Pretty much the same reason same named characters for the longest time couldn't be put on the same team and now can't link with each other. It would make the game more fun and allow you to have as much or as little variety in how you build teams as you want and the devs don't like that. They want you miserable, they want you getting the newest piece of shit character they drop and playing by their rules.

I'm talking about the present. A present where even after the writer himself started phasing out characters because of Muh powerlevels, and the trend unfortunately continued with toyopaco, Toei and everyone else who sees DB as nothing more than "I can bust more universes than you can."

Where did this Buu Saga idea come from? I know Truth and other youtubers were saying it but where did it actually come from? What pattern this year included Buu saga? There has been an Extreme unit at the end of November for the past few years so I don't have a problem with the youtubers guessing and spreading that. The Buu saga shit makes absolutely no sense and has no precedent at all. If anything there's precedent for getting Buu saga era DDF at the end of December but even that's a little shaky.
They cleaned up some ancient ones a couple times like PB Freeza and completely redid Majin Vegeta and SS2 Gohan, but then they realized they could make money by just giving those revamps to new units like with LR phy Trunks.
We're supposed to get LR Trunks and Mai and LR Black and Zamasu EZAs here but with how much Global gets fricked in the ass, I wouldn't be surprised if we only get one or neither. We might not even get INT Zamasu because of how fricked our schedule is.

Usually the other one means it's calculated after you attack so you won't see the buff until next turn they're on, if its at the start they'll get the buff as soon as they step on field.
Then you feel wrong teq gogeta at 0 dupe outperforms phys gogeta with 1 dupe in every way except maybe damage. The only better part is the actual transformation, phys gogeta is much better than teq gogeta post fusion but no one ever fuses teq gogeta cause he's shit. Phys gogetas heal comes in handy too.
30% damage reduction isn't something to scoff at, and phys gogetas defense doesn't live up, he has maybe 230k max? Versus 140k max with 30% damage reduction.

he has a better ki mechanic than teq gogeta at least since he gets more ki per type ki sphere, teq gogeta gets more ki per rainbow but teq gogeta will sometimes make up for it with his chance to make rainbow ki spheres

I used both extensively on Cell Max and teq was a massive weak spot despite being rainbow while I could hope for no damage from phy and appreciate a 1-2 million better stat.

They have fumbled every single big moment for the movie. They seemingly had nothing prepared for when the movie was originally supposed to come out before the hack. Then when it actually did come out in Japan, all we got was a shitty little story event with one "new" unit. Same thing on Global for when the dub released in theaters. Our first real piece of Super Hero material didn't come out until literally last month at a random time between dokkanfests with no actual celebration tied to it. They simply do not want to make money it seems, they are actively avoiding every opportunity to cross promote the movie while it's fresh on everyone's mind.

You've left the game on auto for too long and now it's burned into the screen. That is what happens to every screen like this when an image that doesn't change much is left on for a long time especially if you keep the brightness very high. To prevent it from getting worse lower the brightness and don't leave the game running for so long.

Supreme Kai of time and Robel are actually pretty good. When linked up with Hearts, Robel has 160k defense, which goes up to 200k with three rainbow orbs, which turns to 600k defense after super attacking and she has a 70% chance to foresee enemy attacks and orbs changes on top of that. Supreme kai of has a 115k defense with no links active (her linkset is ass), which turns to 350k after super attacking. However, she has a 30% chance to stun the entire rotation in SBR and seals for two turns, and does this with just a single other hero unit, which she has on all her teams. Basically, guarantees a win in all the teams you can put her on. I was expecting them to be shit, but I'm pleasantly surprised, especially by Robel.

Eh. This is a singleplayer game. There might be meta and power creep, but it's not like other games that always have leaderboards and PvP. Almost all content is permanent and can just be cleared later. (unlike Legends)

Cumber you'll need a full DB Heroes team to beat all missions so for that I recommend the EZA great saiyaman and every guard and damage reduction unit you can bring, so SS3 Goku, SS4 Gohan, King Vegeta (disguised)... Robelu was also pretty decent, new LB SS4 were a big weak spot during the AoE phase thouhgh

Power creep has gotten so ridiculous so fast that units introduced in the first half of the year are already mid, and most of the ones from last year and before are outdated. The gold coin LRs this year have also been dogshit. Like the only yellow coin LRs worth a damn in the step ups are Janemba, Goku and Gohan, and Goku and Piccolo, and even then, they're not top tier anymore.

Mechikabura is entirely up to orb rng but could pass if you get lucky. Golden metal Cooler is missing way too much raw defence stats at 55% though
Well I do have Robel changing orbs, so I guess he's worth a shot. Cooler confuses me because he has 90% DR with a Whis which I think would let him tank anything.

With a whis up yeah he's able to just ignore basically everything short of cell max supering so if you want to try that route and kill the core before cooler becomes a liability then go for it

My god, this unit is fricking broken. His stats are crazy, he can start with around 340k defence at start of turn, he counters to an absurd degree and his defence reduction doesn't mean anything because he get's it back after 3 attacks anyway.

my only complain with a few heroes units is that they are too dependant on OTHER heroes units. THese units are cool because they usually fill niches but when you make them too dependant on on having other heroes units it kills their viability a little.

The idea for all red zone stages is to bring Whis for the last phase to give you survivability. Plus, you've got the LR SS4s active by then, so you can still do some damage if they get sealed.

Honestly, I thought the heroes units would be much worse after reading some of their passives. In game, some of them surprised me. I beat the new red zone, using only heroes units for fun, and even though it was easier than other RZs, some units are actually good enough to use on actual red zones. Only if you have a good orb changer and he's able to get a lot of AGL, INT, or TEQ orbs. In that scenario, he's pretty good, but he doesn't have a good linking partner that also orb changes in any of his teams. If he had cold judgment, he and Robelu would have been an amazing combo, but sadly, he doesn't and Roblu doesn't have BBB, which he needs. I tried using him on heroes red zone, and he was always around 170-200k defense pre super, which would have put him at around 300-350k defense after super, which isn't good enough if he doesn't have dodge, guard or damage reduction unfortunately. On crazy turns where he's able to get 8+ orbs, he could be over 550k defense, and in that scenario he's good, but those were very rare.

The only thing that keeps him from being good now is the moronic 5 turn limit on his guard. It's bad enough it's only a high chance, but no hard event other than SBR ends before 5 turns, and he's not good in SBR because he needs to get hit for his defense.
the way it actually works is that it has a high chance to activate but its for 5 turns once it activates so its possible that it only activates later in the fight

So I managed to rainbow Ss4 bardock, and he is a fricking monster, he crits so much, and dodges, I Dont think I gave him dodge and if I did good on me, but he dodges tanks and is just able to do so much shit, I also managed to pull FP LB Vegeta, who is really good at 55% he hit 9 mill no crit.
Now for a team that can possible take on fu and cumber this is what I have right now

Damn, that's a tough call. I'm really suffering without SS4 Goku myself as I have to take him as a friend and can't even approach other Red Zone clears, but SS3 Goku is a top 10 tank in the game and SS3 Vegeta prints out 6-8 million atk stats with a decent crit rate and some dupes.

If you still have stones to farm, that's the best move, yeah. Don't worry too much about Hearts though unless you have a really good extreme DBH team already.
I have most of the extreme units and just eza'd fu I dont have sealas though, I did get phys cumber but I dont know how useful he is I also have agl and int towa along with Dabura and mira in the red suit.
No idea about Fu, but Sealas is essential and the rest are shit.
To give you an idea, the only good extremes right now are the ones on the 2 banners right now except Janemba and some of the f2p EZAs.

Other than that, there will never be a new SS3 unit.

This year's are super underrated overall, but Goku is only really good if he's next to Vegeta or another SS4 at the very least.
Slot 2 is easier to swallow than 4 type orbs and 2 rainbow orbs and even a free dupe LR should outdo a duped DFE with a crit equip.
This Goku at least should at least work well with the TEQ SFPS4 in Full Power, which has its fair share of Vegetas to get around his Support condition.
I don't know what they were thinking while giving the SFPS4LB Saiyan Warrior Race instead of Saiyan Lineage though.

Well I did manage to get a dupe for LB vegeta but I did do an eza multi and got a dupe for Fu, and managed to rainbow trunks and mai they have nothing to do with SDH but that was cool.

Its been happening to me alot, these eza awakenings are expensive as hell and I just need zeni for the other ones I want to do.
The rewards don't get "better" it's the same amount of zeni per clear but you will get well past level 100 in no time. TEQ Movie Heroes is too strong for this event to do anything to it so just put it on auto for a while.
Just get smart auto clicker and have teq movie heroes abuse Broly all the way to 999. If you have the Gods, teq Godku and any decent teq heroes plus Caulifla it's basically guaranteed you'll get there and have more than enough zeni for every eza

God Trunks is just a filler unit who can seal some first phases. Cumber's normals are so weak that you could probably get away with bringing SS3 Vegeta.

They felt like they needed a gimmick to really make this game stand out among mobile games but they didn't at all. People love candy crush and collecting anime pngs, the Dragon Ball Z branding is what makes it unique not the silly gimmick so they never bother to update it. By the game's own logic since Majin Vegeta and the Masked Saiyan are allowed on there, he should be but they simply don't want to include him or Baby Vegeta or any fusions. The reason most people have agreed upon is for the sake of balance in the power of teams but the real reason is probably just because the devs are buttholes. Pretty much the same reason same named characters for the longest time couldn't be put on the same team and now can't link with each other. It would make the game more fun and allow you to have as much or as little variety in how you build teams as you want and the devs don't like that. They want you miserable, they want you getting the newest piece of shit character they drop and playing by their rules.

The only units that have come out this year outside of big celebrations have been obscure characters. That's the pattern and it's unfortunately very consistent.

Usually the other one means it's calculated after you attack so you won't see the buff until next turn they're on, if its at the start they'll get the buff as soon as they step on field.

They have fumbled every single big moment for the movie. They seemingly had nothing prepared for when the movie was originally supposed to come out before the hack. Then when it actually did come out in Japan, all we got was a shitty little story event with one "new" unit. Same thing on Global for when the dub released in theaters. Our first real piece of Super Hero material didn't come out until literally last month at a random time between dokkanfests with no actual celebration tied to it. They simply do not want to make money it seems, they are actively avoiding every opportunity to cross promote the movie while it's fresh on everyone's mind.

You've left the game on auto for too long and now it's burned into the screen. That is what happens to every screen like this when an image that doesn't change much is left on for a long time especially if you keep the brightness very high. To prevent it from getting worse lower the brightness and don't leave the game running for so long.
as for brightness it is always in the lowest setting
