He looks like he has solid numbers overall and would be extremely tanky thanks to V&T if they activate his entrance animation, but nothing that really helps with offense built in. Majin Vegeta is always going to have shit attack since he doesn't have crits or additionals built in. He can reach like 7.5 million or so below 88% hp at rainbow, but it's only 1 attack. Defensively however, he's great at free dupe and will stay that way for a long time.

A free dupe LR Gohan is enough to clear, but you might not get all the missions done.
We don't know whether or not that event will come back yet and DFE LRs aren't on New Years anyway. Your best bet is to try wanking LR Gohan to his max potential.

the difference with yamchas discounts is that they dont guarentee a featured unit, so bardocks discounts for instance is more worthwhile. as someone who summoned for yamcha id only do discounts if you are willing to spend a little on him anyways

Vt or cooler? Vt is worth having at 55% and even better with dupes no reason not to coin him though you should always finish summoning before coining.
Cooler does not come back very often and is the best ext lead in the game.

I am increasingly of the belief that they won't change LR Kale and Caulfia SA effects and their passive buff will revolve around having other U6 me ever on the team (or worse on rotation) plus even with a buff their their base level passives it won't be enough for them to tank in slot one even after 3 turns
Also to add I don't think kale will be that good a partner for her since bezerk can't tank slot one whatsoever and she is a destroyer of early stages but can't one shot later stages which leaves a lot of units high and dry since they can't get attacks/hit on them

Their passive is already maxed out with team buffs to the point all they can do is boost them and give out more hipo effects.
Whether they get guard to help them start like Rosemasu is a coin flip, but the damage is a case of Global being behind the meta like every year.

It's the latter, I don't know them all by heart but there's obviously a few different animations that tell you you pulled at least one SSR or a featured SSR or whatever.
I remember like ~5 years ago my old potatone phone could barely play the game and would often crash right as I pulled on goku's kamehameha, but then when I rebooted the app I would have the summons in my box anyways. The second you hit "summon" and those stones are gone, the cards you're getting is already determined.

honestly they needed the 7th anni lr turn 1 guard so they could build up a little first, but they're fine. they really just needed more atk power and they got that (as long as you're below 66% hp)
They really needed the Fraudhan ability of guarding for the first 3 turns so they could build up their def and dodge. They're going to get rekt the first few turns if hit by a stray super.
if you are fighting an enemy that is both on USS and pure saiyans and your HP is below 66% then they can super 6 times in one turn all 6 of those stacking def
Ah yeah, the ol "I need someone to do math for me" unit. They're busted as expected. Defense will be over a million in a few turns and they'll heal off all damage taken.
Start of turn, rainbow with all links active they're at 205k defense. They gain 61k per super. On average they'll super 2 times per turn assuming you go full additional with them, without fighting a pure saiyan or USS enemy. So they gain 120k defense per turn.
It will take them approximately 3 turns to be viable in slot 1, since they need to build up their dodge and have at least 600k defense to tank normals. So they're unusable in slot 1 until turn 8. To reach over a million defense, they'll need 6-7 turns on average, so around turn 12-14 is when they'll get to it.
In a nutshell, they're a liability in all hard content and will get you killed in the opening turns a lot, but if you can survive to turn 8 with them, you'll basically win. because 50%+ chance to dodge a super and no normal can hurt them from then on. If they fall under 66% health, then they're much better defensively, but still can't tank supers and the biggest benefit they get is building up their dodge faster.
If they fall under 66% hp by their second rotation will they not have like 600k starting def with a very good chance of 4 supers and will that not boost them over 1m def.

Yeah, but that's a lot of ifs. IF they survive turn 1, where they'll have 200k defense with no dodge before attacking and 320k defense with 12% chance to dodge on average after super attacking, which is still low enough to get one shotted by any new red zone stages in turn 1. And IF your team falls below 66% HP by turn 3 and you got lucky enough with your rotations to not float them off. And IF you get lucky and proc their 50% chance of additional SA, 70% of additional SA, and you get the HP additional SA which has a 20-25% chance of happening depending on your Additional spread. Then if all of those happen, they'll be at around 750-800k after super attacking on turn 3 with 36% chance to dodge. At that point, they're ok. They won't be slot 1 for turn 3, but IF you manage to keep you HP below 66% until turn 5, they'll be acceptable slot 1 in turn 5. They'll still get one shotted by metal cooler core on turn 5 if their 36% chance to dodge doesn't proc though.
That 320k turns to maybe just under 400kish if you're under 66% hp and that 400k turns to like 800kish and a 38% chance to dodge after 4 supers which is more than enough to tank red zone cell max or int gamma 1 supers.

They'll be at 750-800k defense AFTER super attacking in turn 3, and that's assuming you get lucky and trigger all their 4 super attacks, which has a 8.75% chance of happening btw. This means they won't be slot 1 in turn 3, and they'll barely be an acceptable slot 1 by turn 5, assuming you can keep your HP below 66% until then and not die. For reference, they need 1.4 million defense to survive a Red Zone Omega Shenron Super attack with Kale's 500k HP team. That boss is over a year and a half old, and they still can't tank him with 14+ super attack stacks.

I feel they do fall under the same category due to their additionals and stacking in both supers. Vegeta might be invicible (if you get multiple supers in turn one) but the Z duo themselves are far from invicible and I feel K&C 66% dodge will make them look far better in most events

Vegeta is literally invincible even if you get no supers with the Z duo turn 1. The 66% chance to dodge requires 11 attacks. Realistically, you'll never get it until turn 8 on average, at which point all the hard stages are almost over.

except the majority of the hardest enemies are neither pure saiyan or uss so you aren't getting all these theoretical def stacking supers.

and if they are healing to full then they won't be under the 66% hp for the extra atk/def and super chance

The 66% increase to stats is useless. They still can't tank supers with it on and they're still a slot 2 unit until they build up their dodge which is the most important thing they have defensively, and all the "under 66%" condition contributes to that is a 6% increase to their dodge build up for that turn with the guaranteed. It's not like they get a free revive like Birdku does after falling below 66%. They're just able to tank normals better for 1 turn but still get deleted by a super if they don't dodge.

Yah If you were playing just before the game counts a new day. A lot of the dokkan events are only on certain days so you could have been playing on a Monday but as soon as the game said it was now Tuesday, the Dokkan events change and that bardock event went pack into portal of memories. Happens to me from time to time.
makes sense. it was early afternoon on a wednesday. i dunno, maybe i was tripping but i know i only had 12 keys and when the event went from stam to keys i still had 12 keys but 31 medals. im positive i started with 3 before i got on the farm and did 4 or 5 events, backed out, checked something, and then it happened. hoping it may have been a bug that repeats itself lol
The day is counted weird for events. People will tell you a Monday is for all AGL dokkan events but I see those events persist on a tuesday or start early on a Sunday. Depending on your time zone that’s what I think that happened. That’s all I can think of though without resorting to say it was shenanigans

That's because the event has more than one stage and the other stages are for different type of unit. If a dokkan event has 3 stages, one for an agl card, one for a teq card and one for a phy card it will be available Monday, Tuesday and Friday. One day of the weekend opens all super type dokkan events, the other one opens all extreme type dokkan events. I forget which is which

Yeah, that's in line with what I said. They'll be at 750-800k defense AFTER super attacking in turn 3, and that's assuming you get lucky and trigger all their 4 super attacks, which has a 8.75% chance of happening btw. This means they won't be slot 1 in turn 3, and they'll barely be an acceptable slot 1 by turn 5, assuming you can keep your HP below 66% until then and not die. They're not comparable. Z duo stacks faster on average, and they're literally invincible during their passive skill. They take double digits from anything in the game by turn 4. Kale and Caulifla will get one shotted by Cell Max, Metal Cooler core, Omega Shenron, and the new 8th year anni hard events even if they have two 4 super attack turns in a row and are under 66% hp because raw defense isn't that good anymore. For reference, they need 1.4 million defense to survive a Red Zone Omega Shenron Super attack with Kale's 500k HP team. That boss is over a year and a half old, and they still can't tank him with 14+ super attack stacks.
The stacking of a free dupe LR SS3/2 is about the same as K/C at rainbow without the 66% hp boost. It's Vegeta and the Genki Dama that bring them up as well as built in crits.

The only gimmick I could see with him is running 4 gokus with yajirobe. But then you have two yamchas ready to job. He should've at least had full dodge on his active turn or something.
They're honestly not as bad as I thought in practice. The under 66% HP requirement triggers pretty often on hard content with newer units that don't just get one shotted immediately from full HP. They stack insanely fast with that part of their passive active. However, they're still not a top tier unit. I'd say they're above average, and usable in all red zones except maybe the Cell Max Red Zone.
I always whis the first two turns away in red zone cell max so if they double or triple super their first appearance and then triple or quad super the second then they should be fine going forward.
Biggest issue for them is being joined to the hip of kale whose really not a great team player unit she transforms

My Yamcha at 69% is much more reliable than my 55% Gamma 2 only minus the Broly fight, but Gamma 2 takes so much damage there that it doesn't matter and he gets one shot anyway if he can't nullify. Also Yamcha can go slot 3 and can be splashed into various teams, Gamma 2 has to be next to Gamma 1 or he's a liability

All of the battlefield characters are way too expensive for their usability, I don't know if any of them are good in red zone.
This is unfortunately true. In a full U6 girl team, she has 112% chance to dodge. They'll never make a completely dominant U6 girl team because of that. They'll always make sure to only have 2 U6 girl units at any point in the game's meta, because if they don't do that, everyone will just run TEQ Caulifla and her SSR, who has a 84% chance to dodge in a full U6 team, which is also busted, especially with a full dodge build in her HiPo, since she'll have 90% chance of dodging more or less when taking both procs into account.
What's the point of tier lists for individual units if people are just going to say shit like >oh well their team is bad so they're bad too!
Kale is fricking nuts but has no team because the devs jerk off Movie heroes. Same goes for INT Cell. Arguably one of the best units in the game yet his team is gimped.
Just make tier lists of rotations IE Gamma 1/Gamma2 Hacchan/Kid Goku Cooler/Cooler etc instead of debate lording why x > y for reasons unrelated to their actual kit.
Leaderskill and ease of use does factor into discussion though. Like fair enough kale might have the potential to be better than godku but that's only if they release a U6 ally that actually goes in slot 1 and atleast two more viable U6 teammates. If she doesn't get that then she's not even top 5 because she will get you killed since you'll be using awkward teams that don't have U6 allys on some turns.
Meanwhile team building for godku, ptp goku and the gammas is so easy and free, I'd even have ginyu above her right now tbh. She's kinda like videl was on release. Very high potential but stupidly hard to work

Int cell is absolutely not one of the best units in the game, he has to transform which has whacky requirements.
Before 7th anni movie heroes was the worst team in the game. All it takes is them putting a couple new good units in the game to change it.

Last WWDC. I actually had to quit the game and reevaluate my life for a little while. Anni treated me quite well, got 69% Monkeys and 79% Gods in like 1200 stones - and then managed to get Kaioken Goku with reward tickets and got Vegeta on the first multi. Rolled into WWDC with over 4300 stones and it took me over 2900 to pull one Goku. I then used the rest on Cooler and did not pull him. Then part 2 rolled around and I desperately wanted the Goku and Vegeta and spent well over $800 on a bad drunk night and pulled 4+ copies of everything else on the banner and not a single copy of them. Pulled the dog shit Krillin and Gohan 13 times

Over 1200 stones for vegeta and trunks. not as bad as some people here but given most of those were completely dead multis it sure felt bad, wasn't even getting extra coins most of the time.

Regular SBR was already getting pretty easy. ESBR on the other hand died a pitiful death after the likes of Realm of Gods, Pure Saiyans, Movie Bosses, and Extreme teq.
I think the issue is that they're specifically choosing to balance it to be easier rather than the timing. Goku's/Vegeta's Lineage should be much more difficult than they are if they were still coming at it with the same logic as they had for 21-30 for example.
Not having an LR sucks too, but I get so much mileage out of the Goku/Chichi support film it doesn't bother me as much anymore.

540k with 70% guard chance is pretty good. Did you calc him on a hypothetical 200% or 170%?
I'd say he's decent at rainbow. But unusable right now at 55%. He's at 370k defense in that same scenario at 55%. Close to 500k defense post super, which is not that bad, but he has no team and no slot 1 unit in his teams. And even if we do get a 200% Majin lead LR Kid Buu, you don't want to run super Buu in slot 2 because no BBB, so he'd be a floater. I honestly don't know why they didn't just give him guaranteed guard if the whole team is a Majin power, or artifical life form or something like that. He's not worth it right now and by the time LR Kid Buu comes, 500k post super with 70% chance to guard will be unusable in red zone.

He looks like he has solid numbers overall and would be extremely tanky thanks to V&T if they activate his entrance animation, but nothing that really helps with offense built in. I still need to clear a lot of the Red Zones and whatnot, and at a glance he looks like he could be solid for those.
Actually just last minute rolled and got my first copy of Broly - can see why he'd be lackluster without dupes now that I've actually looked at him.
Majin Vegeta is always going to have shit attack since he doesn't have crits or additionals built in. He can reach like 7.5 million or so below 88% hp at rainbow, but it's only 1 attack. Defensively however, he's great at free dupe and will stay that way for a long time.
as the other guy said, they have about everything on their kit so they dont really need dupes beyond the extra stats (which do help) but if you REALLY want to buy a dupe just buy one since that one will give you the most stats (bottom right path of course)

I'm mostly interested in turtle school. It's his only real defense link. 2 ki + 20 atk & def % would be nutty for both of them. If that goku had it he would make yamcha look insane. I don't know why the only z gokus that have it are the versions of him on the spaceship during the namek arc.

I am increasingly of the belief that they won't change LR Kale and Caulfia SA effects and their passive buff will revolve around having other U6 me ever on the team (or worse on rotation) plus even with a buff their their base level passives it won't be enough for them to tank in slot one even after 3 turns
Also to add I don't think kale will be that good a partner for her since bezerk can't tank slot one whatsoever and she is a destroyer of early stages but can't one shot later stages which leaves a lot of units high and dry since they can't get attacks/hit on them
Their passive is already maxed out with team buffs to the point all they can do is boost them and give out more hipo effects.
Whether they get guard to help them start like Rosemasu is a coin flip, but the damage is a case of Global being behind the meta like every year.

It's the latter, I don't know them all by heart but there's obviously a few different animations that tell you you pulled at least one SSR or a featured SSR or whatever.
I remember like ~5 years ago my old potatone phone could barely play the game and would often crash right as I pulled on goku's kamehameha, but then when I rebooted the app I would have the summons in my box anyways. The second you hit "summon" and those stones are gone, the cards you're getting is already determined.

Ah yeah, the ol "I need someone to do math for me" unit. They're busted as expected. Defense will be over a million in a few turns and they'll heal off all damage taken.
Mathchad here. They're kinda mid.
Start of turn, rainbow with all links active they're at 205k defense. They gain 61k per super. On average they'll super 2 times per turn assuming you go full additional with them, without fighting a pure saiyan or USS enemy. So they gain 120k defense per turn.
It will take them approximately 3 turns to be viable in slot 1, since they need to build up their dodge and have at least 600k defense to tank normals. So they're unusable in slot 1 until turn 8. To reach over a million defense, they'll need 6-7 turns on average, so around turn 12-14 is when they'll get to it.
In a nutshell, they're a liability in all hard content and will get you killed in the opening turns a lot, but if you can survive to turn 8 with them, you'll basically win. because 50%+ chance to dodge a super and no normal can hurt them from then on. If they fall under 66% health, then they're much better defensively, but still can't tank supers and the biggest benefit they get is building up their dodge faster.
If they fall under 66% hp by their second rotation will they not have like 600k starting def with a very good chance of 4 supers and will that not boost them over 1m def.

Yeah, but that's a lot of ifs. IF they survive turn 1, where they'll have 200k defense with no dodge before attacking and 320k defense with 12% chance to dodge on average after super attacking, which is still low enough to get one shotted by any new red zone stages in turn 1. And IF your team falls below 66% HP by turn 3 and you got lucky enough with your rotations to not float them off. And IF you get lucky and proc their 50% chance of additional SA, 70% of additional SA, and you get the HP additional SA which has a 20-25% chance of happening depending on your Additional spread. Then if all of those happen, they'll be at around 750-800k after super attacking on turn 3 with 36% chance to dodge. At that point, they're ok. They won't be slot 1 for turn 3, but IF you manage to keep you HP below 66% until turn 5, they'll be acceptable slot 1 in turn 5. They'll still get one shotted by metal cooler core on turn 5 if their 36% chance to dodge doesn't proc though.
That 320k turns to maybe just under 400kish if you're under 66% hp and that 400k turns to like 800kish and a 38% chance to dodge after 4 supers which is more than enough to tank red zone cell max or int gamma 1 supers.

Yeah, that's in line with what I said. They'll be at 750-800k defense AFTER super attacking in turn 3, and that's assuming you get lucky and trigger all their 4 super attacks, which has a 8.75% chance of happening btw. This means they won't be slot 1 in turn 3, and they'll barely be an acceptable slot 1 by turn 5, assuming you can keep your HP below 66% until then and not die. Kale's team has around 500K HP too, so getting under 66% and not dying with her team will be hard.

They're not comparable. Z duo stacks faster on average, and they're literally invincible during their passive skill. They take double digits from anything in the game by turn 4. Kale and Caulifla will get one shotted by Cell Max, Metal Cooler core, Omega Shenron, and the new 8th year anni hard events even if they have two 4 super attack turns in a row and are under 66% hp because raw defense isn't that good anymore. For reference, they need 1.4 million defense to survive a Red Zone Omega Shenron Super attack with Kale's 500k HP team. That boss is over a year and a half old, and they still can't tank him with 14+ super attack stacks.
I'll wait till the showcase comes out but I don't care about kales team and I think kale, especially in her bezerk form, is someone you throw off rotation. I've used LR Godku in every last stage and gammas redzone and he's held his own and I feel LR K&C are a step up.

I feel they do fall under the same category due to their additionals and stacking in both supers. Vegeta might be invicible (if you get multiple supers in turn one) but the Z duo themselves are far from invicible and I feel K&C 66% dodge will make them look far better in most events
Vegeta is literally invincible even if you get no supers with the Z duo turn 1. The 66% chance to dodge requires 11 attacks. Realistically, you'll never get it until turn 8 on average, at which point all the hard stages are almost over.

The 66% increase to stats is useless. They still can't tank supers with it on and they're still a slot 2 unit until they build up their dodge which is the most important thing they have defensively, and all the "under 66%" condition contributes to that is a 6% increase to their dodge build up for that turn with the guaranteed. It's not like they get a free revive like Birdku does after falling below 66%. They're just able to tank normals better for 1 turn but still get deleted by a super if they don't dodge.

Yah If you were playing just before the game counts a new day. A lot of the dokkan events are only on certain days so you could have been playing on a Monday but as soon as the game said it was now Tuesday, the Dokkan events change and that bardock event went pack into portal of memories. Happens to me from time to time.

The day is counted weird for events. People will tell you a Monday is for all AGL dokkan events but I see those events persist on a tuesday or start early on a Sunday. Depending on your time zone that’s what I think that happened. That’s all I can think of though without resorting to say it was shenanigans

That's because the event has more than one stage and the other stages are for different type of unit. If a dokkan event has 3 stages, one for an agl card, one for a teq card and one for a phy card it will be available Monday, Tuesday and Friday. One day of the weekend opens all super type dokkan events, the other one opens all extreme type dokkan events. I forget which is which

They're honestly not as bad as I thought in practice. The under 66% HP requirement triggers pretty often on hard content with newer units that don't just get one shotted immediately from full HP. They stack insanely fast with that part of their passive active. However, they're still not a top tier unit. I'd say they're above average, and usable in all red zones except maybe the Cell Max Red Zone.
I always whis the first two turns away in red zone cell max so if they double or triple super their first appearance and then triple or quad super the second then they should be fine going forward.
Biggest issue for them is being joined to the hip of kale whose really not a great team player unit she transforms

My Yamcha at 69% is much more reliable than my 55% Gamma 2 only minus the Broly fight, but Gamma 2 takes so much damage there that it doesn't matter and he gets one shot anyway if he can't nullify. Also Yamcha can go slot 3 and can be splashed into various teams, Gamma 2 has to be next to Gamma 1 or he's a liability

This is unfortunately true. In a full U6 girl team, she has 112% chance to dodge. They'll never make a completely dominant U6 girl team because of that. They'll always make sure to only have 2 U6 girl units at any point in the game's meta, because if they don't do that, everyone will just run TEQ Caulifla and her SSR, who has a 84% chance to dodge in a full U6 team, which is also busted, especially with a full dodge build in her HiPo, since she'll have 90% chance of dodging more or less when taking both procs into account.

Kale is fricking nuts but has no team because the devs jerk off Movie heroes. Same goes for INT Cell. Arguably one of the best units in the game yet his team is gimped.
Just make tier lists of rotations IE Gamma 1/Gamma2 Hacchan/Kid Goku Cooler/Cooler etc instead of debate lording why x > y for reasons unrelated to their actual kit.
Leaderskill and ease of use does factor into discussion though. Like fair enough kale might have the potential to be better than godku but that's only if they release a U6 ally that actually goes in slot 1 and atleast two more viable U6 teammates. If she doesn't get that then she's not even top 5 because she will get you killed since you'll be using awkward teams that don't have U6 allys on some turns.
Meanwhile team building for godku, ptp goku and the gammas is so easy and free, I'd even have ginyu above her right now tbh. She's kinda like videl was on release. Very high potential but stupidly hard to work

Changing the release format of sbr and esbr completely killed it
Regular SBR was already getting pretty easy. ESBR on the other hand died a pitiful death after the likes of Realm of Gods, Pure Saiyans, Movie Bosses, and Extreme teq.
SBR and ESBR is always balanced around the current team meta, which is why the later stages are usually much harder.
Drip-feeding the stages was a fricking mistake and not giving us an lr for it was another huge one.
I think the issue is that they're specifically choosing to balance it to be easier rather than the timing. Goku's/Vegeta's Lineage should be much more difficult than they are if they were still coming at it with the same logic as they had for 21-30 for example.
Not having an LR sucks too, but I get so much mileage out of the Goku/Chichi support film it doesn't bother me as much anymore.

I'd say he's decent at rainbow. But unusable right now at 55%. He's at 370k defense in that same scenario at 55%. Close to 500k defense post super, which is not that bad, but he has no team and no slot 1 unit in his teams. And even if we do get a 200% Majin lead LR Kid Buu, you don't want to run super Buu in slot 2 because no BBB, so he'd be a floater. I honestly don't know why they didn't just give him guaranteed guard if the whole team is a Majin power, or artifical life form or something like that. He's not worth it right now and by the time LR Kid Buu comes, 500k post super with 70% chance to guard will be unusable in red zone.
