Crit is worth less than 1% per level for him, while additional is worth 2-3% per level. I like crit too, but once you get to 50%, it's pointless to invest that way in hipo.

Crit is 2%. Add is 1% super and 1% normal. When you combine them with passive chances, you have to average things out and hipo additionals get a reroll for each attack you do, so the numbers can change dramatically.

If we're only looking at damage this is false. You got to think about how many attacks Broly has already to figure out the relative increase another add will give you. Let's say a character does 100 super attacks and has 50% crit. Boosting the critical chance would be insanely better than boosting add.
More add means better chance of each attack rolling for the super. Lower add means higher odds of additional normal, if at all

You will never roll more than 1 extra attack so let's say Broly transformed supers 5 times. Even a guaranteed extra super would only be 20% more damage while going from 50% crit to 100% crit would be... well it's complicated
nah crit is smarter because broly has no built in crits in base, but he does 3 guaranteed supers already. once transformed he'll still do 3 guaranteed supers and then has built in crits so going full crit you'll have two procs for crit, the 52% in his passive and if that doesn't proc, then you'll have another 40-50% crit if you go full crit in his hidden potential.
better to maximize his damage output than go full add and that extra hidden potential attack is a normal that doesn't crit or stack your atk

The big thing is "+50% def when receiving an attack." Zamasu gets a ton of mileage out of this and Broly has guard on top of it.
Even without the DR, Broly will be super tanky with all the DEF stacking on top of guard.

Sync will start roughly 1 month after Anniversary ends for global, and they'll do what other games do for the merge - throw all the new characters onto 2-4 banners, give us 2-3 free multis per banner, and then shrug their shoulders and say better pay up if you want more.
Each week they'll throw on another batch of EZAs and whatever random new non-DFE related events there were until the end of the month when they're both fully syncd and it goes right into WWC, which I'm sure will have another set of free pulls to celebrate the syncing of Global and JP.

after using Broly's team in the new events I'm honestly not that upset by both Brolys being unable to transform at the same time anymore. I just run them both together when one is ready to transform and TEQ + AGL Merged Zamasus cover the other rotation completely.

Why does each and every menu in this game have to load something? Playing global on EU is agonizing. Click an event, loads for 5 seconds. Click back out, loads for 5 seconds, go back to menu, loads for 5 seconds.
It just makes doing anything miserable, the game doesn't need to load when going through your character boxes or anything related to awakening or levelling so why can't we have this for the event menu?
Paragus is a gambling character for masochists. No DEF whatsoever unless you get lucky with supers. Even two supers might not survive current RZ Supers turn 1.

2 supers will survive if you're at full health, plus the stacking makes them more stable as the fight goes on. For some random banner 5 year old banner unit, that's pretty damn good. It's a step up even from the last one, teq Tapion.

One thing I’ve been thinking about is the lack of f2p units released over the past couple of years with WT units and SBR LRs also being gone, as well as most of the f2p stuff they’ve released having ezas alongside the release.
Are we not going to hit a point fairly soon where all the “old” f2ps have ezas and there’s no backlog as the “newer” f2ps have ezas. It’s the same for summoning for GT units, they released such a big load on them during the 7th anni that I’m never too big a fan of summoning for them as their backlog is paper thin at this point and sayian roar is such a massive part of their kit but it levied on old, outdated units and wonky heroes units.
Are they just banking on eza2 to get them out of the content void that’s looming or was it just shortsighted laziness. It’s probably the biggest thing that’s made me reconsider buying anything in Dokkan since the 2023 NY unless it’s on sale. That and their redzone powercreep seems to have plateaued.
Tournament f2ps were 95% utter garbage, whereas now some are actually good, so that's an improvement. No more SBR LRs still sucks, but the Super Strike EZAs helped for a while.
Saiyan Roar is a fricked link, but there's so many untouched GT units that they could just introduce a few EZAs every several months with a random DFE/LR and it'd work.
I don't have him, so he's shit.
But to give a serious answer, he's very vulnerable to AoEs and will take a beating if he doesn't get a chance to stack before getting nailed by 30% evasion failure. I just can't see him being top 3, maybe top 10-20.
I mean that's fair but slot 2 he is rocking around 1.3 mil or so def with a 70% chance to dodge. I feel like defensively that is pretty good. Slot 1 is just a gamble, which sucks because I am so fricking sick of slot 2 units
It's definitely good, but he's competing with absolute walls like Future Gohan, Zamasu, and Broly. The best units that don't totally shut out damage in the game are SFPS4 Goku, Majunior, and the new DFE SS3 Goku. I would argue Gogeta is around this level.
With his 70% chance to nullify ki supers I'd put him around 5th best. I think it is and will be a pretty strong ability with the new style of content.
If that were all supers, you'd have a good point, but more and more enemies are doing uncategorized supers these days. How many still do blast supers when it counts? Half?

It doesn't get you the 6 orbs every time and even then it runs out. The recent red zones have been much longer than the first couple only being 5 or 6 turns at most but the movie villains red zone 2 every stage took about 8-10 turns which is 2-4 turns over his passive.
If he gets you the orbs perfect but the second he doesn't he can't tank shit and you're relying on pure luck for dodge.

Gohan, bulma, and gogeta are all subpar slot 1s, and take comparable damage pre and post-SA on their first two turns. Gogeta deals way more damage early on, and can pop off earlier by floating into transformation.
SSJ team gets blasted in slot 1. Truth would've jobbed to blue zone blues if he didn't hipo dodge both phases. Add Zamasu and Omega aoes and you're looking at a very rng reliant team.
There's no one to put above VB. Their condition is cancer but they lead everything, go anywhere, and cook when they fuse.

Stop putting dodge on damage units. All worthwhile damage units in the game have some kind of built in mitigation, and if you're putting them in slot 1, not floating them when needed, or not building their team to protect them, you're an idiot, and crippling their damage won't help you.

1.5 mil SA 500k def
50% DR= 1.5m/2=750k
750k-500k=250k damage taken
Guard= 1.5m*0.8=1.2m
1.2m-0.5m=700k
700k/2=350k
In conclusion 50% DR brings it down to 250k guard brings it down to 350k. As DEF increases Guard loses value comparatively to DR. Also it sucks at double digit tanking normals.
