Because despite their high special attack you don't add thundurus/tornadus to your team on offensive pressure. It does make them better but their main purpose is prankster support. And Tornadus' toolset is now better than Thundurus mainly because of tailwind vs twave which was nerfed to death.
Actually in gen 6 Thundurus was a lot more popular but prankster twave is now blocked by dark types, psychic terrain, queenly majesty and its clones. While tailwind is not because it affects the field and not a target. On top of that paralysis itself was nerfed - until gen 6 it cut speed by 75%, since the it just halves it which makes it literally worse than tailwind, at least in fast paced formats like VGC
On top of that now Tornadus was given a proper stab which makes it even better compared to thundurus
Thund WAS as meta relevant Pokemon in gens 5 and 6 to the point that most people attribute the 10% accuracy drop on Thunder Wave in gen 7 to him. His niche was more so in slowing your opponents speed rather than boosting your own however, and torn never got that sort of nerf to tailwind. The whole reason to use torn-i over torn-t in singles too was prankster t wave so that kinda killed him there too.
to add to what the previous 3 anons said, Speed changes are now(since gen 8) immediate so Tailwind grants the Speed increase to the Pokemon standing next to Tornadus immediately
Iron Bundle was already kinda niche in Reg E but with Raging Bolt here to frick up Urshifu and it getting caught in the crossfire (Thunderclap chunks hard even if you Tera because of the atrocious HP and Sp.Def) it's going to become basically nonexistant.
