Of all the examples you used you picked the one that basically sunk your own argument. I get it that 3D printing is good, but man that one is being charged too much.

its 23 euros vs 3000 GW dollars

Why buy a 3d printer, you 3d printer shill? Anyone with a bit of time and talent could make that out of plastic card and bits for a couple of quid.

      >quid
I get that you need a loisence to have a 3d printer but that's not the case everywhere

3D printing honestly isn't where I think it looks good yet. I have very good attention to detail and can spot even the smallest layer lines. Some are downright impossible to sand out, too.

Also the whole handling toxic chemicals and curing part is very unappealing to me. I'd rather leave that to some Chinaman in a factory so I can avoid cancer.

3D printing is, but of you buy the cheapest printer available, ofc you will see artifacts on places. With filament printers the issue is even worse.

But once you paint your shit, stuff generally looks fine, even the low grade prints.

You do paint your stuff, right?

        /3dpg/ here

We prefer people post unpainted prints in the thread for matters of honesty and clarity.

Actually you don't paint, because you never developed the skill, you have no interest in playing with the models, only selling them.

The entire /3dpg/ is a massive shill circlejerk trying to hype up interest your stls. literally the worst general on /tg/, because you dont give a frick about playing traditional games.

i made this thread because a month ago some GW shills seriously said you were not permitted to print your own scifi truck.

Idk if you know where you are but next time you want to advertise your kickstarter buy a fricking banner instead. the people that do 3d print here are mostly interested in GW replicas, and the group isn't that big, most of them moved to telegram piracy groups.

occasionally one of you funkoBlack folk pops up in my otherwise carefully curated feed and it's definitely the opposite, exactly as one would expect from subverted corpo worshipping "geek culture" consumer drones, you guys obsessed about trannies tend to also be mad at GW for the social media pandering and convince yourselves that you're sticking it to the man while buying or printing bootleg models to keep playing their games

not that it matters, anybody bringing a political position to their opinion about the worth of a modelling tool is a subverted socially moronic piece of shit and I'm glad there's a massive normie game that attracts you all

    Cool Guy

Does anybody know where to get Alterverse Miniatures? I see in their NFT store they have models rendered in 3D, doesn't it should be too hard to translate those into .stl files for print. I did a google search and nothing came up, but some Google maliciously hides content it doesn't want people to see on behalf of big corporations... and Alterverse is just getting started. I would love to print an Anita Pocket mini at 28mm scale. Thoughts?
