>shill
game costs less than 2$ on key sites or can be pirated with 0 effort. if you really believe thread about dead game on board with 10 active users is made to shill you are moronic.
If you give them your TIME, the most valuable asset anybody has, it doesn't matter how little paper you spent on the thing. You still have some NEED to play paradox games, you're a consoomer no matter how much you pirate
>Bumping dead threads across /vst/ during Christmas Eve, just to throw insults
It's literally Christmas, you stupid shit, and best you can do is shitposting
A game enjoyable enough to keep you invested through 2-3 playthroughs. The most fun I've had in it was playing Hellenic minors and making small empires based on a massive capital city.
Coastal raiding for slaves was particularly fun when you're playing on Crete because the AI absolutely sucks at naval invasions and as long as you don't go too hard over your badboy you'll never have anyone declare war on you despite kidnapping dozens of their pops to house your ever growing slave quarters. You can just make comfy megacity on your island and become obscenely rich to the point where you can field a larger navy than anyone and just hire mercs to do all your fighting for you.

I got it recently and I would merit this. I like what you can do regarding populations and cultures.
To me the game feels like Civ 5 but there is still more room to manoeuvrability and play-styles.
It lacks the historical maturity of EB2 and could do with reworked mission trees.
Maybe I need to mess around with difficulties but I wish the AI would be more aggressive around other big AI so you don't end up with Rome/Carthage mopping up every minor culture around it, waiting for the end game. That one is very glaring.
A game so bland, it's an achievement all by itself.
A game abandoned by everyone but the most hardcore, delusional PDrones.
A foretell of every single issue Vicky 3 has
I have this in my library with the Imperator Rome mod and I’ve never played it, so how do you actually play this game? Is it anything like CK2/EU3/Vicky 2?
never said i did, he was just asking so i replied, besides having access to workshop and fact you are safe from malware filled site to download crack or up to date mods is seems like a good deal for the few bucks you spend on it.
Rome was alive in Ck3 died 3/4 of the way in and I didn't wanna blob mega hard so that eu4 had some nations to rumble
>To defeat the Ottomans, Alexios, you must become the Ottomans
When I transfered in that's exactly what I thought, doesn't help I got placed into the fricking Muslim tech group, I think this is either due to me moving the capital to Bagdad in IMP or blending Macadonia into Afgan and Persian culture
There's invictus, thought there's a few changes in it that I wouldn't really call an upgrade. It has some good and some bad, but overall is probably better to use as extra flavor for when you get bored.

some are good, some are bad, some are a mix
A solid but very shallow game
Amazing game for mods as paradox don't update it anymore kek
But serious a very chill strategy not great but not really bad.
A game that even Johan admits was flawed on a conceptual level.
The map looks really good (all those minor city states HNGGGGH), a shame about the game if what anons say is true
>implying state of I:R is some sort of secret knowledge
Hello newbie
Say that to my face you nerd and see what happens
expect to install Invictus if you want to keep playing this game for whatever reason.

It's EU:Rome 2: Electric Boogaloo.

The only drawback of IR is that it will not give you violent diarrhea, which is something Victoria 3 does quite well.
Reform the Hellenistic Empire and shepherd the tag to Hoi4 like I am

Regret that it's not a bit more like CK2 for more character focus.
reskinned eu4
Are there any mods that are straight upgrades or is it better to start vanilla?
