Each character had a specific DP cost (with Mr. Satan being the lowest and SS4 Gogeta the most expensive) and you had to have the team have a lower or equal amount of points.
I don't think Katopesla would be in. Not in base at least. Anilaza has a very high chance given that he was the third or fourth biggest fight in the ToP. And Basil and Lavender should be in since they fought Gohan and Buu, and then Goku and Vegeta with Bergamo.

Sword Trunks (ie. him vs Frieza and Cold) and Fighting Teen Trunks (ie. him after the Time Chamber training with Vegeta) were always seperate.
I guess it's because Z Trunks didn't fight much in base, while I DBS Trunks mostly did stuff in SS2 and Rage.
