Also good luck getting all the ki you would need to even think of approaching since Broly for aome fricking reason charges FASTER than Gogeta.

SS4 Gogeta is much faster than Broly and is able to break away with his afterimage technique. That and simple vanishing if you know how to time Broly's slow ass hits.

Dragon Ball is all about attack potency and you can cancel hax out. Vegeta literally punched so hard he nullified an attack (SSBE Vegeta vs Toppo) that erases your existence and works on gag characters (Arale's cameo in DBS).
If, for example, Goku's power level was slightly higher than Cell's then Cell would job to him and his regeneration hax would be irrelevant.

Super suffered from Yamamuro and Toei being greedy by only giving it 2 months of pre-production.
They had other projects they were working on so I can understand that. One Piece takes priority for Toei.
Obviously not. Even the movies wrote by Toriyama seem to be more in favour of Toei's vision, for example the manga version of the UI at one point of the story could only be obtained by having a clear mind, while in the movie Broly Goku almost transforms into UI powering up.
There's a rule where manga characters/forms can't be used in games. It's why Kara didn't appear in the prior Naruto x Boruto related games until they appeared in the anime. Which is why they appeared in Storm Connections.
Same principle with DB. Unless Moro, Granolah, etc appear in an animated format, they can't be used in games.

Which is partly why he is so strong. You want to get close because if he gets to Max Power his armor beats every character in the game, even those on SS3+ level who could previously stun him (because invalidating 80% of the cast at base and having a positive matchup on everyone else wasn't enough). He forces you to approach and get damaged and then overwhelms you. No other character can do this.

UE Vegeta and Black Frieza will probably be DLC at most. They don't use manga characters but they use manga techniques(Gamma Burst Flash, Goku's Hakai, etc)

They can do a variation of it. It doesn't have to be 100% 1:1.
