You're half right and I'm half wrong. Xbox One does support freesync but PS4 doesnt. PS5 doesnt actually support freesync weirdly enough, its only HDMI 2.1 VRR which is different. It doesnt have access to LFC which is a requirement for a 30fps game like this.
