I think some of the gameplay bits of the latest trailers are from the PC build, some of the footage is running at 60 FPS and it looks nicer than what they've shown so far.

that's called tracking, not magnetism, its the same thing you have in souls when locked on, your character's rotation changes, and any forward movement is built into the skill separately, just like how different levels of the stinger skill has increased distance, you don't unnaturally slide towards enemies like bamham (and you can still miss), that is magnetism, which DD doesn't have.

No it's not called tracking. With that move in the webm the player automatically sprints to the side of the enemy whatever distance it might be and stop after slashing, instantly turning at another foe if the skill it still active with multiple presses.
That means the attack animation is as long as it needs to be to reach its target and stops when it does, which is different from tracking simply orienting a static animation that still plays woth the same framedata.
The only way you can possibly miss is beginning the animation at a wrong angle since the player won't instantly turn to reach a character behind his back for example. This means that the tracking is actually limited but the attack has magnetism

They're both targeting 30 fps, that's most likely the reason.
Resident Evil games for example targeted 1080p 60 fps for recommended requirements, while DD2 2160i 30 fps, which in my opinion clearly implies CPU bottleneck.
It does seem like there will be a rather heavy CPU usage, but I'm still hoping that those CPU requirements are heavy because of RT, using RT also increases CPU load noticeably... I guess we'll know for sure with the demo.

Nah, 2160i 30 fps is just enough for native 1080p 60 fps, and Capcom has no issues with listing 1080p as target resolution for recommended requirements, as noted by Resident Evil games.
