I tried to make this cat, but it turned out shit because I'm a garbage creator and the cat models have human ears for some reason, making it look weird, so I gave him a haircut which cowers the years. For my pawn I made a cute slim short haired white female cat but with juicy butt and thighs.

Did they remove armour restrictions? In the original you could only wear say mage robes if you were a mage or sorcerer.

Armor isn't typically exclusive to one vocation, it will probably be considered the same as "robes" and so your mage/sorc can pawns can wear it too.

Sure anons, your Arisens and Pawns are looking fine and dandy but what vocations are you using? For me, it's Fighter and Archer (pawn). Though I'll get a good understanding by switching, seems like you're encouraged to switch a bit more due to the changed stat reallotment.
Right now I am mostly leaning Fighter or Warrior for my Arisen. Those look like the most fun to me based on the gameplay we've seen so far. I'm sure there'll be some cool skills we haven't seen yet though.

The trick is to make a generic character at first that you're happy with appearance-wise
Then you frick the character up in whatever way you want depending on what type of personality you want it to have
It's nice that you can change lighting but not being able to cycle through facial expressions like the original sucks. Now I know if my characters looks good in different lighting but not the facial expressions meaning it can still look like shit.
I feel like FF XVI shit works decently cause the combat guy from the first game worked on XVI.
