Why do they still keep doing Dream World art when it hasn't been around in 4 gens? It's a pretty soulless art style as well. Looks like it was designed for easy cheap tattoos.
These have a lot more personality than a lot of the Gen 9 official art. Honestly, that's one of the things they dropped the ball with this generation that never gets talked about. These depictions of the Pokémon are way more fun and expressive.
They do exist in a different wiki, Bulbapedia is just slow as usual

JK cause they use it for merch and advertising and pokemon center art etc, fans just call it dreamworld art.

Funny you use Quaquaval as an example, considering it's one of the better ones. There are plenty which are totally shameless model traces.
