Jet Set Radio except you actually try to git gud and don't quit five stages in because it's not like muh hidden gem JSRF (a Super Mario 64-esque 3D platformer with grind rails)

Optical Drive Emulator https://gdemu.wordpress.com/
And I would suggest Crazy Taxi 2, Cosmic Smash and Spawn in the Demon's Hand but only if you have friends for the last one. Sports Jam is also a fun arcade port.

Jet Set Radio has terrible controls and is only remember for it's style, I don't know how any one can stomach it. I've beaten Yo-Yo and then dropped the game like 4 times. No, I've never played Future
>Jet Set Radio has terrible controls
The game literally uses 1 button and the triggers. How miserably terrible at video games are you?

Yes because the amount of buttons defines how well something controls. It's awful to direct the characters with the joystick, jumping and changing your trajectory feels terrible. But please keep making this about skill and not the quality of the controls for no reason at all

Ok, you hate the game because it has an actual momentum system and instead of taking 5 minutes to understand how that works, you just call it shit and stop playing like a 5 year old. I understand perfectly now.

>It's because you're bad!!!!
There's a reason the series died, it controls like terribly. You want fun momentum based games? Go play Sonic 1 or Marble Madness, even Super Monkey Ball. Jet Set Radio is only remembered for it's style and that's the only reason it will ever be remember. Please make other awful reply were you have no argument. I've played the first chapter up to Yo-Yo 4 times, how did I drop the game like a 5 year old?

Not him but JSR is my favorite video game of all time >I've played the first chapter up to Yo-Yo 4 times, how did I drop the game like a 5 year old?
You played like half of a game that's four or five hours long at most your first playthrough?
I get dropping a game because you're not having fun but that doesn't automatically mean it's trash. You might want to obtain more skill with the game's mechanics.

Honestly don't know anything about the game, so I'm not picking a side yet
>model hkt3020

It controls terribly, no praises anymore for a reason. I couldn't have gotten to Yo-Yo without learning the controls and at least gaining intermediate skill. They're sluggish and awful you're not going to change my mind. I've tried to go back and play it 4 times, I drop everytime because there's no fun to be had, why do you think this is a skill issue?
Having a Dreamcast as a kid completely warped my perception of piracy and game value. When you start your collection with over 100+ burned games, actually buying any Dreamcast game with money feels like being stupid on purpose. That's not really fair though.

All of them. Buy an ODE
ODE's are expensive now
most DC models have no copy protection, just burn CDRs.
Sounds good, I'll probably do that
I've got some in mind, just want suggestions
What's an ODE?

they're $30-50 on AliExpress and always have been. If that's too expensive cancel your order for the console and get a job
Why would you buy the console before you knew what games you wanted to play?
