transferring your RBY mons into a console game to battle with them is cool, but it was never part of the intended experience. it's a supplement. like the pokewalker for HGSS, or the dream world for BW.

This part never happened
For Stadium 1 it isn't all that complicated, there's only a few good moves like Thunder and Ice Beam you can spam with the good rentals like Jolteon and the legendary birds. Stadium 2 is overall harder and more interesting but you have the infinite continue glitch and team manip to help you.

Stadium is fun. The actual shit is Battle Revolution, a game not one man gave a frick about until the dex cut announcement, then decided that animations matter more than the actual gameplay. Stadium at least had Gym Castles and minigames
