On the main thing, the game being a sandbox of random animals and things you can posess and frick around with sounds cool. But just like Watch Dogs Legion behold as Ubisoft undercooks it to a disgusting degree. I would LIKE the animal swapping mechanic to be as versatile as the climbing has been in these games, but nothing interesting survives through Ubi's development process.

Assassins Creed was the franchise I grew up with. Seeing the Ubisoft logo appear on the screen was a verified mark of kino. Playing Assassins Creed with the boys, hiring some hookers and killing some dudes was peak vidya. Then, Christmas eve came and I got Assassins Creed 3. I was in the middle of a civil war and it was awesome. Finally being able to climb trees was, dare I say, KINO. Then it went downhill.
