Considering the majority of people factually spent more than $60 on Helldivers 2 and factually still grind for future battle passes, the entire thing you've written is false. for the most part they're all bad but the fencer's lv6 gunner skeleton is like the lv32 v2 skeleton but with less weapon turn inertia, a little more weapon weight effect on movement, slightly lower walking speed and 30% recoil reduction which I'd say makes it better. fencer starts with 2 boosts and 2 dashes now so skeletons are more viable now.
there's a custom painted level 6 blacker tank I can't find images of which was in the same preorder as the wing diver core for japan. fencer has a pillow joke weapon and the rest are just low level versions of weapons that are replaced by 8 at the latest.
