Emboar is the best Gen 5 starter. Hits like a truck, decent bulk and insane coverage. Especially for Gen 5 where you get all these reusable TMs it's perfect. Serperior is complete ass in-game and Samurrot is meh.
>still canonically top 3 strongest MCs with bonus points for not succumbing to morons who demand you can’t use your favorite for some odd reason
What a fricking chad
Nate is not some fricking type autist like the rest of you losers. He has all three on his team because that's what he wants. Plus, he clearly cared enough about Tepig to fully evolve it and use it at the 4th gym. Any other normalgay would've dumped by the time they got Riolu.
>you can only run one pokemon of one typing per team
lol
My team in Scarlet and Violet ended up being a combination of only Water. Psychic, Fire, and Steel. There is literally nothing wrong with running overlapping types on one team.
He has a lot of b***hes to frick. He probably has a Zebstrika too.
he used his starter, realized it was steaming dogshit like most people who play gen 5 realize, then replaced it with a good design instead

it don't matter how good it is if it's fricking ugly
>another moron thinking we were talking about competitive
If you don't care about the Pokémon, then frick off.
Pretty sure they were referring to ingame,
He was clearly talking about in-game when mentioned how underwhelming is Serperior, which is the best one out of the three in competititve.
>which is the best one out of the three in competititve
not in gen 5, as it does not have Contrary
you're actually the moron here
Samurott is good. Fun ass moveset and one of the few water types you get pre surf
>a good design
Where?
All I see is some genwun slop
You are so lazy.
Kind of like gen 1 designs
Emboar was indeed completely replaced
OMG HE USED LUCARIO FROM KIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH
>has to market the game with pokemon from two best generations
the only saving grace was hgss. besides that gen 4 is trash
>didn’t play platinum
>Hugh kept his starter
>Rosa kept her starter
>Nate replaced his TWICE
Pigbros......
I don't blame him, I did the same thing replacing that ugly ass homie.

>wtf, why does Red use Blastoise and Lapras?
uhm he uses neither of those?
>muh spinoff
nice fanfic game
Stadium 2 teams are kino. Meanwhile main game babies piss their pants when a gym leader isn't 100% monotype.
>Sleep Talk with no Rest
>is also straight
I don't get it
he's definitely not straight...
>goes on dates with a girl
Seemed pretty straight to me.
He also goes on a date with ugly old man.
Maybe in your fantasies, but defintely not in the game.
>he doesn't know
It happens in the game anon, the ferris wheel scene.
>It happens in the game
Not in my game.
shitnova designs were a mistake
>seething and samegayging about unova for no reason like it raped your grandmother on Sunday
emboar and arcanine linked up?
Only morons stick to one set team for the entire adventure. Chads churn the roster around and use their favorites.

he grinded it up hoping the next stage of each wouldnt be shit and then dumped it by the next town
>then dumped it by the next town
Except he still used it.
>you can only run one pokemon of one typing per team

And? only autists care about having more then one of a type on their team
