I think it's ready for release. At this point it has to be only marketing hype, finishing touches (coding), and bugfixing (QA). So business as usual for Saber, I can't imagine that the change in ownership would effect how any of the departments at all.
Did any of you play World War Z? I always had serious doubts about Space Marine 2 after seeing the utter blandness of their previous game
