The other thing I'll mention is if your fists of fire is too high then you won't leech off of cobra strike. So either don't use it if you want to leech or put 1 point into it. I'm sure there's a bunch of different builds but every dragon talon hits 4 times so you explode 4 times the damage in a second. You don't have to be super optimal to get through the game.
