That is not how it works in Persona though. The romance option for the girls usually comes in Social Link level 8 or so, and then is confirmed in the last one. Rise hits on you, but she is over compensating and even tells you as such in her social link. Also there aren't any sex scenes and it honestly isn't even clear you frick. It just says you spend time alone with them.
In BG3 you get characters literally directly asking you for sex after being together for all of 24 hours. Just to be clear, I am playing BG3 and like it and I think the romances minus shadowheart suck. Shadowheart makes you wait until the final act for sex, before then you have a kiss, flirt, give her gifts, hang out, talk about stuff. It is more natural.
