Every time I walk pass my tv I see this. Then I ask myself "Why the frick did I buy this console?".
Why even own this when you can get every game for it on pc without the horrible framerate and dogshit graphics?

Because you like Nintendo and don't want to see them go bankrupt :^)
That is indeed a great question to ask yourself. Not sure what we can do about it though.
A fool and its money.
The form factor is comfy. It's nice to go from TV mode to portable by just taking it off the dock.
dudes, check this out
sloppy job tbh, you can see him sliding the coins from behind his fingers
I bought one so I can play in bed and when I go travelling
Comfy af tbh senpai tbh
will never understand why they'll sue people for making games for them but can't get sued for blatant false advertisement like this funny commercial
>has games
>false advertisement
>blatant false advertisement
?
Switch has more exclusives than PS5 & xbox put together
You can add PS4 and Xbone's entire list of exclusives to that and you'd still have less than Switch. Big budget cinematic hollyslop movie games have been a disaster for gaming.
The Nintendo Seal of Quality
>MUH GRAFIX
>MUH FRAME RATE
Over 70% of the people playing TOTK aren't playing it on the switch
Source?
his gaping anus
trust me bro
There are only 161 Switch exclusives? That seems shockingly low.
>don't like Nintendo games
>buy Nintendo games station
>?????
>complain on Ganker
I never said I hated the games you moronic frick
you bought the Nintendo box and don't like the Nintendo games and now you're mad that you wasted your own money with yet another bad decision in your life. You rent, you work for an hourly wage, you don't pay into 401k. You are a loser in every way and this is Nintendo's fault.
>you bought the Nintendo box and don't like the Nintendo games
Where in my post does it say that moron
>You rent, you work for an hourly wage, you don't pay into 401k. You are a loser in every way
Holy projection
keep making those poor decisions buddy, maybe a box with 11 exclusives will be better. Maybe a box that normal adults use for work that only gets shitty low effort ports will be better.
>Can't answer the question
Concession accepted, schizo
You have no question. You bought a Nintendo box and are mad because you don't want to play Nintendo games. All future questions need to be directed toward a financial advisor.
>You have no question. You bought a Nintendo box and are mad because you don't want to play Nintendo games
You could've just said that you're incapable of reading.
find a financial advisor who can steer you away from your terrible financial decisions in the future
I hate the joycons.
Can play in bed
Switch Emulation wasn't a thing yet in 2017. If I knew how easy it would be to emulate Switch games in a few years I would've never bought my Switch.
Every single switch emu thread is filled with people asking for bug fixes. This happened with totk, this happened with Mario wonder. People bragging about playing the week early, then the other half of the thread is the same people asking for command page prompts to fix ryujinx bugs.
Mario Wonder and TOTK both emulate fine now. I'm sure there's a few minor issues left (none that I've noticed) but you have to expect people playing the game before release are going to run into issues before the emulator is updated. At worst you have to wait until the game's actual release date or maybe a day later for it to be fully playable.
>Mario Wonder and TOTK both emulate fine now.
>now*
>*with the right emulator and the right computer setup
>*with the right emulator and the right computer setup
Yes? That's how it is with all emulators. That's like complaining about somebody trying to play NES games using NESTICLE on an old shitty Windows 95 PC. As long as you have a halfway decent PC you can emulate Switch games and most of the time Ryujinx is the better emulator. Yuzu is mostly for people running on antiquated hardware. Eventually after enough time a game will run well on both emulators though, usually around release you're better off using Ryujinx though. Also I say now but I beat Mario Wonder 3 days ago which was still before release.
>Yes?
>antiquated hardware
I don't think you know quite what that word means anon.....
That's beyond antiquated, that's prehistoric at this point.
Why did you buy it?
I wanted to play Legends Arceus and BoTW
Then I got a pc and realized I could play them in an infinitely better way on it.
Now my switch is just collecting dust.
That's nice, shame you can only play them at a desk alone in your room, but I guess you weren't planning on moving from that spot anyway
Ok sell your switch then
Because without the NFC feature, you can't have the proper experience playing the 2nd best Monster Rancher.
I have said this about any console in my home since I bought a PC, the answer is usually that I bought it before getting the PC or I bought it to play with friends who don't have a PC
>Why even own this when you can get every game for it on pc without the horrible framerate and dogshit graphics?
No tinkering, just werkz. I want to play video games, not download precompiled shaders.
>I want to play video games
It's shocking people just don't get it. If I want to play a video game, I will play a video game.
>dude just spend 2 grand on a mid range pc and then download this emulator and then download this rom and then download this patch fix and then search the forums for the command prompt code to fix the missing skybox and then...
I aint doing all that shit homie I just put the cart into the switch and it plays perfectly.
Nobody buys a PC just to emulate Switch games. It's just something you're able to do if you already own a decent PC. Also, for the vast majority of major releases all the kinks are worked out by the actual release date of the game, just download the newest version of the emulator, update keys and firmware if necessary, and download the game and play.
>Nobody buys a PC just to emulate Switch games
Exactly, I'm not gonna buy a PC to emulate Switch games when I just want to play Switch games
You do you. I used to play games on my hacked Switch but now I can just play them on my PC instead. Honestly thinking about selling my hacked Switch tbh, can probably get more than what I paid for it at launch.
nobody buys a pc to emulate period. They just do it because it's free after doing some legwork. People buy pcs for work and less than 1% of the consumer base buys them to play top notch graphics games on steam.
Sure, the benefit of being an EPIC PC GAMER is that you have the ability of playing pretty much every game ever made for free except for some of the newer consoles minus the Switch but it's really the only console with games worth playing in the first place.
It's comfy to play in bed.
I bought mine for splatoon and smash and I didn't realize how bad the lag was for smash so that kind of ruined that, never giving nintendo a dollar again as it just innit worth it
>Black personman flopped so hard that snoys are spamming anti Nintendo threads
love to see it lmao
