The gameplay
It's extremely repetetive because of dailies.
There are soft caps on everything: EXP, gems, legendaries, set items, etc.
PvP is P2W. People still play PvP because they want daily rewards, so they enter and AFK.
There's very little content for an MMO, which is surprising after such long development time.
