Fallout 3 is the best one because world is so tightly packed and small. It doesn't waste your time with needless travel time that's wasted. I never liked Elder Scrolls because of that. Fallout devolved into that too sadly. Starfield is going to be even less enjoyable for me unless actual content of the game is in few planets and space exploration is a late/end-game activity.
