Fallout 5 Pitch

Since Fallout 5 has been confirmed and most of you morons can come up with a better plot than Todd, let me hear your ideas. Here's mine:

>year 3000 (mandatory post-show sequel)
>you play as a direct descend of the Chosen One
>comfy F3 style start intro, growing up in New Arroyo
>come of age and get a vault 13 tattoo iron brand in your back and a pip-boy 2000
>one day the BoS attacks your village, kills most people, steals your G.E.C.K, and cuts off your arm to take your pip-boy
>village Shaman saves you and the survivors try to rebuild while you go out to get revenge and retrieve the G.E.C.K
>you can customize your prosthetic arm (scrap arm, power fist, robot arm, rocket-it launcher arm)
>explore a BoS controlled east-coast wasteland
>BoS got too big, smaller inside factions start to form, corruption is wide-spread
>Wasterlanders split between supporting BoS authority and security or return to independence and caos
>NCR remnants doing guerrila warfare

    >Takes place in New Orleans
    >Completely new factions besides maybe east coast brotherhood
    >Have French centered faction going through revolution
    >Have voodoo faction but don't make it over the top
    >go from there

      >maybe east coast brotherhood
I'd rather not but it's a contractual obligation at this point
      >Have French centered faction going through revolution
Maybe not directly at the start but rewing and you can help/sabotage it
      >Have voodoo faction but don't make it over the top
Only if they are minor or just limited to few characters
      >go from there
How abaut swamp rangers Or something i wonder it the airboats could work
Also Plantation settlement is a must have.

Texico border 20 years after the original game. You start as a raider baby that gets adopted by vault dweller adventurers after your tribe is wiped out. Your sister who survived is leader of a raider gang. Seth’s OG rangers are a faction. Young Raul Tejada is a character.

Game is set in upper nevada and focuses on the themes of civilisation and the post-apocalypse coming to an end as Nevada is slowly being annexed by the NCR. Bring back the cut factions such as the Vipers and Jackals which have a shit ton of lore behind them in their design documents as well as new factions entirely. Red Dead handled the topic perfectly, I don't see how hard it could be in Fallout's setting considering New Vegas was a frontier story with two highly civilised factions bordering it.

Gonna re use my old FALLOUT TEXAS (2.0 cause NCR are dead) idea
    >the Nexican army pushes into the US waste land for the first
    >Nexico is like a more professional but corrupt NCR
    >Nexican mutant/ghouls empire(human slaves)
    >Nexcropolis: Mexican necropolis on steroids with some day of the dead iconography/imagery mixed with the pitt dlc
    >The Rhodey Ricks are a band of /k/ tard Raiders who look up to Rhodesian, sing Rhodesian songs, and hate any other Bandit group, while willing to work for anyone for the right price
    >Alamo City: a city state reminiscent of Vault City while containing gangs of Boondocks Saints willing to destroy it from the inside
    >some vault homosexuals probably finally would used or modified their g.e.c.k.s to make Texas look fertile/lively(yes there will be some greenery)
    >NEO PRUSSIA: post apocalyptic /k/rieger riding mutated horse, cazadores, cows, deathclaws, and even a Super mutant behemoth(rumors are that they are a majority group's leader broke off from the Legion)
    >Desperado: a group of nomads, cowboy huns/mongolians
    >magnum force: A group of zealot Sheriffs mixed with Lord Humungus's gimp looking cops that kill almost anyone who ticks them off
    >original dialogue choice system
    >riding mutants/mutated animals(yes riding a fricking super mutant behemoth or death claw)
    >reintroduced midwest brotherhood(the tactic gays but they ride robots and act like high school military recruiters when in "friendly" areas)
    >years of radiation has created a new breed of mutated human(not super mutants created by the FEV). So more fricked up/mutated point look out swampfolk looking mother frickers(in the most literal sense) from both Texas and Nexico.
    >For the super mutants behemoth, I just say he wander uponthe Neo prussians and became their champion, kolossaler Jurgen(after he saves a scout from a death claw mother)
    >death claws, I just say they migrated or were made in other pre war labs
    >player can chose to be a human, ghoul, or super mutant
    1/?

      >biomes/environments: some spots look like paradise on earth(g.e.c.k. lands) created from failed vault recolonizations, some parts be over industrial/industrial ruins, swamps/wet lands with a hellish twist(lots of mutants), and nexico being 24/7 day of the dead theme, etc. Also lots more crashes fighter jets littering the area.
      >lot of tribals with some being all "normal" humans, some being all mutated humans(swamp folks tribals), equal tribal micro race wars
      >drivable cars and motorcycles
      >rideable mutant horses and rideable Brahmin
      >cars use fuel while horses and Brahmin don't unless hard core mode is enabled they you got to feed and take car of them
      2/?
Any idea what the kind of blank slate the player character should be? No really looking forward to another dude from a vault and don't want to bring in another fricking mail man into the waste land.

yeah, I kinda feel you, the OG and also F3/NV model's were pretty spooky, but F4's is still scary from how big and imposing they are. Especially in VR, goddamn
VR version of 4 makes everything feel about 10x more terrifying because the scale and depth makes them feel more tangible than in flat

    >NV sequel at an indeterminant point in the fuutre
    >City on the coast of NCR- you wake up in your apartment one morning and get a glimpse of life in the post-post apocalypse, a place that's still junky, messy and chaotic, but a place that it feels like it could be home
    >You walk a short while through the city before you arrive at your job-
    >You're taking a boat far north to aid with an expedition to the furthest reaches of the US, hoping to reconnect with another party that contact has been lost with
    >Off the coast of Alaska things go utterly breasts up and you're shipwrecked
    >You wake up in a snow-covered ghost town being reclaimed by the frost, you were saved by an old survivalist, the aging last member of his settlement, who teaches you the basics of survival and gets you situated

    >Varied biomes, frigid Hoth-esque wastelands, more temperate forests, bombed out cities, even a bit of oceanic exploration off the coast
    >Remnants of the armies that fought here and their ancestors have bases dotting the place, one settlement is basically "what if shadow moses was a town people lived in"
    >Stuff like aquatic predators and mutant enemies that will actively stalk you and try to ambush you
    >Very heavy survival focus, have to manage temperature, have to eat, etc
    >Main story questline is very open-ended and more about following leads and figuring out what the frick happened and what's going on than anything else

    >Year 2313
    >Boarder between Montana and Alberta
    >You play as the Orphan who was brought to a village under mysterious circumstances
    >When you reach the age of 18 your village is attacked and destroyed by a force of highly advanced bald clone soldiers using futuristic weapons never seen before
    >In your escape you get caught in an explosion where radioactive waste hits you and you suddenly develop a power that lets you defend yourself against the attackers
    >After escaping you go on a trip to learn about why the waste didn't horribly mutate you but rather give you a beneficial power
    >Your journey will take you into what was once Canada to find a secret lab/Vault where various forms of FEV were being used on Canadian citizens after annexation to try and make improved humans for the rebuilding of civilization.
    >Coming to the lab's location will have you find a 1950's futurism city under a giant glass dome
    >Entering brings you into a "utopia" based around Plato's Republic
    >You learn the people in charge were some of the earliest experiments with FEV which created super humans with super powers that overthrew the people in charge and began to improve upon their work
    >They built the city to protect them and their work in creating the perfect society and once perfected will be brought into the wasteland to restore the planet to its former glory
    >You uncover they plan to literally wipe out all humanity as they see their people as the next step in evolution and see humans as needing to be killed off because of their brutish and mentally inferior ways
    >You turn out to be the child of the head superhuman who was going to use you as the template for the next step in evolution because of your ability to gain beneficial super power mutations from radiation as opposed to negative ones
    >You will decide the fate of not just the region but the entire planet as they will be unstoppable superhumans leading an army with technology not even Enclave or Institute have created

considering the vaults were initially experiments for long haul space travel I would set it in space hundreds of years later, initially on a giant arc that goes crazy mid journey then when they crash at their destination you find its full of chinese, russian communist settlers who arrived before you and explore their fricked up societies stuck inside giant domes. You could have hostile ayyy lmaos in the wasteland between, it ends with a nuclear war on mars or some stupid shit so you can call it fallout without nerds whining about there being no nukes.

nothing creative or left field will ever happen with any AAA IP though because everything is set in concrete, and fallout is now tired, retro americana till the end of time instead of taking the concept of fricked up mini societies and retro alt futures from different cultures then making something fresh.

This is a particularly stupid idea, realistically they should just set a fallout game in another country, preferably china, russia, japan or UK. America is so boring.

I want to say Texas and Florida but you really forget how massive the area between the cities in those states is in a game that would predominatley be on foot so You'd have to focus the map on one city and Texas feels like you'd want to do at least the Eastern chunk of the state.

Did Detroit become a shithole in Fallout? If China and the US never started Trade or cut it off again when relation deteriorated then you could have a new surge in prosperity trying to build itself on top of the shit heap. You could have like a layered city of Prosperity/Destitution/Prosperity sprinkled with Nuclear Destruction. A real shit sandwhich.
