I like the speed of this game but as a racing game it's pretty shi-tay-tay.

This game is really cool and almost never discussed compared to Daytona and SEGA Rally. The sense of speed is really impressive, even if it's slightly harder to control. Actually reminds me of a few modern arcade racers like the Asphalt games or something. The soundtrack is also pretty cool iirc
STCC is broken shit on Saturn and barely anyone played the arcade version.

I played that game and it sucked, the game couldn't run at a constant frame rate even dropping at single digits, and then you have the fog and the low res
