Tekken Tag 2. The sheer size of the roster and all of the little details with the tag throws.
Also back in highschool, I used to get 10 people all coming over to my parents house every Friday where we'd all play 4 player TT2. I was a greasy dork but we'd even have cute girls come as well because they like to follow groups having fun. Good times. Still friends with 2 of those guys to this day 13 years later.

BBCF: I just love this series so much. I love the music, the characters, the story, everything. Played CT when it first came out.
Garou: The game is simple but so rewarding. I also grew up playing KOF, so I really love the characters.

I've played so many fighting games and for some reason these were the ones that I clicked with and enjoyed the most.
SF 3RD strike

The "earthbound fan is excited to play it for the first time" should apply to SF3 gays as well. TMM did a video about the best fighting games ever and put Third Strike as his nr 1 even though he admitted he basically didn't play it and just watched his brother practicing combos in practice mode. I don't know what it is with fighting fans obsession with Third Strike. NO ONE played that game. A few dudes in japanese arcades played it. It was a console exclusive for fricking Dreamcast for god knows how many years. People watch Youtube videos of Kuroda and Kokujin and crown a game they have never played as "the best ever". Third Strike is also very unbalanced. The 2d sprites are great and has aged well and 2d has made a comeback over the years because of indies. But back then nobody cared about 2d anymore. You had a unbalanced offline 2d fighting game on Dreamcast that got mediocre reviews and didn't sell. That's the goat of fighters.
