I kick them from the game and recruit until I find someone who isn't shit. Players are a dime a dozen.

Talk to them, and if that doesn’t work drop them.

Had to deal with this recently. I'm a non-confrontational person so I talked the other players irl, we agreed we had to kick this guy, and ended up making a new group chat without him in it. Went to the old chat and said I was cancelling the game due to irl stuff and that was it. Couldn't be happier now!

Nah I did the right thing not to hurt his feelings. We tried everything for months to try to make things work. Talked to him irl several times to no avail, things would get better for a week or two and then right back to his usual self. I can't believe how different game sessions feel now without the one person bringing everyone's mood down.

You could improved his life by being straight with him. Everyone is capable of growing, even as adults. You would still be in a new game without him and while he would be hurt by being excluded, I feel he would be able to reflect back and change if he isn't completely moronic and is capable of introspection.

That is how I improved. I was once was too confrontational and I thought I was having normal conversations until someone told me I'm too willing to get into verbal arguments and it was exhausting. I never saw it as that and upon self reflection I learn to keep things to myself and am much happier today.

Talk to them and if it doesn't work I kick them. Playing with friends also help.

I grab their dice bag and eat all the dice. And then tell him that sorry but you're not allowed to share dice so he has to go.

    >have a chat in private
    >have a group intervention
    >kick them out
Depending on how severe it is some steps will be skipped.

I show up at his house late at night strip off all my clothes and hurl myself through his bay window. Then when everyone comes out to see what the frick happened, I put a gun to my temple and blow my brains out aiming such that i splatter his children with viscera and brain matter. Works every time.

I only have vague ideas about CR, dgaf about it, but the one bald guy not hamming up is a funny picture.

I deal with problem behavior swiftly and decisively. If it continues, I talk to them after the game and try to work it out. In my experience, problem players typically self-destruct, throw a moronic shit-fit, and leave on their own accord.

It 100% is something that has to be solved in a case be case basis. There isn't a one size fits all or even one size fits most option for judgments on a player but you can generally get an idea.

I will say however that defamation is my fastest reason to consider banning someone.
